How to Zoom LIVE into your Facebook Group using stream keys

- If you use Zoom to LIVE stream into your Facebook group, you'll need to make a change in how you connect them after April 22, 2024. You will have to use stream keys instead of the Zoom app you originally connected inside your group.

I use Chrome mostly. I can try uninstalling and reinstalling.

this will not work in the Safari browser - help
Did you try using Chrome? I have a Mac too and have had lots of problems with Safari not working with other sites. I resisted changing but honestly it's been the best solution. You can simply download Chrome for free.
It won't give me the option to custom live from the 3 dots. I followed the other steps.
Are you on a paid Zoom plan or free?
@@jamiehayencoaching Paid. It worked out. It took a bit for the features to update. So like 3 mins before my zoom I saw all the boxes to add the links that I needed!
When I open zoom and click …more. It doesn’t have options custom live…
did you enable it first in the settings? are you on the free Zoom or paid plan. I believe you have to be on the paid plan to be able to live stream in this way.
Yes ma’am I did turn on and in scheduled zoom meetings I already see tick in custom live streaming service. I am in paid zoom package
If you are seeing the option under “ …more” where is it not showing up for you?
It just doesn’t show custom live for me to paste url, key…
I have tried this multiple times and I keep getting the error "Unable to live stream to the custom service." and it tells me to update the streaming url and streaming key, which I have tried over and over. I haven't been able to make it work. Any ideas? I'm stumped. Thank you in advance!
If you'd like to send me a screenshot, I'm happy to take a quick look. Facebook messenger will be the best. Send me two screenshots 1)the streaming url and key from your group and 2) the pop-up in Zoom where you've input the information.
I have followed the directions, but I don't get the window to put in the 2 keys. I get Invalid Input Parameters (2). I'd appreciate some help.

@@ciriacayolandasabio4575 do you get the error when your enable the streaming in settings? Or is it when you are inside a Zoom meeting and you click on more / Live on Custom Live Streaming Service?
