That looks absolutely splendid. It really makes a difference how you are able to cut all of the cabinet faces from one piece using the CNC cutter. Dead clever stuff!
I thought it was interesting how even the professionals can run out of things they need to complete the build! But, I'm also wondering what happened to the rest of the series about the Scania?? When we last saw our Scania in Episode, there was still quite a bit to be done to finish it, and that was 3 years ago! Where's the rest guys??
Great build. My only concern is the fitting of the shower drain on to OSB directly? Not sure how water tight that will be? Should be a barrier between in order to prevent water from entering in between the layers. But other than that a great build
Thanks Christer, probably not clear on the video but there is bonded seal on the flange that seals directly to the under side of the Corian flooring plus the top will be sealed as well, no danger of leakage! We really hope to get back on this build soon, so much more still to do! Thanks for watching 😉
Thanks for watching. The coach has been parked up due to the workload of customer vehicles and while we have been struggling to get parts. A lot of the parts have now arrived so we are hoping to start again soon. Don’t forget to subscribe and hit the alert icon to be notified when we’re back on it. It will be worth the wait!
Thanks Marion, very kind. We have started filming episode 9 but have had to pause for a few weeks as we have so many customer builds to get out at the moment. Hopefully we should be back on it in a few weeks time.
Great work! Very precise and careful. Just one question: why so many edges in the shower, several corners in and out? Not easier to make it straight as it is a wet area that easily can cause a water damage... By the way your workshop deserves a better table-saw🤦♂️
Thanks very much! The shower room is restricted by the structure of the coach frame and we have done our best to maximise the space within that so we have had to incorporate steelwork (see episode 3) 👍🏻
This is for our own use which is why we have to fit it in around our customer jobs. We can’t wait to start using it and taking it to events! It is certainly a labour of love!
We have done a few more bits on it but it has been sidelined for some customer builds. We hope to be back on it again soon, we will finish it and post our progress. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience 😉
Thanks for asking, we had to take a break from the coach due to demand for customer projects but we are hoping to start again soon. Thanks for following the build and we hope to bring you some more content really soon! 👍🏻

I’m thinking of taking on a similar project with a 2010 Scalia Irizar coach, my question is as you have already designed the templates for your CNC machine would you be willing to build the units for customers taking on a similar design and provide a full package of items required fo a project? Tanks, heating, cooling, bathroom etc?
Some very good questions there. When will it be done? As this is a project that we have to fit in around customer work, this is hard to say but we would like to have it useable this year. Cost? There have been many hours of labour that we have not be accounting for but we hope to be able to pull some rough costs together at the end.

I love the whole design! and their table saw 🪚 i’m already jealous what a great work area x what is the trim stuff you tap on? I have the hammer lol
Is this a build for a client or is it your own project? Can’t wait to see the finished article, it looks amazing well done 👍🏼

Hi did this ever get finished. Got to the end of video 8 and gutted that there isn't another.

It's pretty safe to say that, if you ever lose anything in this motorhome, it will eventually be found in a cupboard!
Along with a number of missing tools I expect! 😉
When will the coach be finished or even another vid to show progress?
Thanks for asking, we had to take a break from the coach due to demand for customer projects but we are hoping to start again soon. Thanks for following the build and we hope to bring you some more content really soon! 👍🏻

Has this been finished now!?!? We need answers
Interestingly enough, it has just come back into the workshop this week to work on over the Winter so watch this space!
When will this be finished and what will it cost when done please?? :)

Was this ever completed?
Not yet Gary but we hope to be back on with it very soon!
Interested at what price point would this fit out to a customers coach be.
Hi Misha, hard to tell at this point but there is a massive amount of labour involved.
When is the next video coming?
Hi Debra, we have had to take a break from the coach as we have had so many customer projects but the good news is that we are starting up again in a few weeks time so keep subscribed for the alert! 😉
What ever happened to finishing this bus
It’s still on the ‘To do’ list Gary, hoping to get back onto it very soon!
Will this be for sale ?
Not for a while.
Wheres the next one?
Coming soon
