Just as a tip, you can kill the skeletons by attacking their glowing ribcage, after you beat them
My trick is to spam the lock-on target until it connects with the bones. When it locks you can swing and kill it before it regenerates. If not it will just get back full life.
Yeah I learned this from a friend because it was super annoying when they keep resurrecting.
Same for any of the other undead enemies that keep getting back up.
I use a holy weapon. If you kill them with a weapon enchanted with holy, they stay dead. Its soooo nice.
I was gonna say that 🤣
Thanks for the Lore bit, I was curious why everything looked mutated and undead.
With death disrupted in the natural cycle of that worlds metaphysical laws (???), it makes the grafting of body parts and constant undead make sense. Its also interesting that so many live for so long and have the will to maintain themselves after unnatural lifespans.
Been watching ESO for years, best guides for Skyrim and he now is putting out the best and most thorough guides for Elden Ring... All hail ESO, long may he reign king over his realm of RUclips!
There is a ghost early on in the game that states "A true death means returning to the erd tree. Be patient, the roots will come for you when its time." So I think the erd tree seeks out corpses. Or more like, people like to die while hugging the tree?
Ashes that you use to summon spirits are "ash unreturned to the erd tree" you are told this when given the spirit bell which I dont know what to make of yet, but is interesting.
Very much appreciate the lore part. I'd love it included in any of your elden rings where you see it fit :).
I honestly have know idea what's happening. I just delete things.
Agreed
Wtf...how did I miss this dungeon? This game is so damn big. I love it.
That's what she said 😜
Love this talisman everytime you need health just get behind an enemy do a critical hit stab to get some health back useful if you're out of flasks or don't want to use any of them until you reach a boss.
I've always loved your videos for all games, but I'm especially looking forward to more Elden Ring videos from you! Well done on the lore too
I love it when you talk about lore in games makes you want to really go deep into the game and not just the surface of it
love the lore section, whenever you get the grasp of elden ring's lore ill be interested to watch your video about it, great job!
Haven't been on this channel since Skyrim Special Edition came out. Good to see you're still making great guides
I appreciate the lore!! Great video. Thank you. I can listen to these all day. Keep them coming.
The lore was my favorite part of the video! Really hope to see more of this kind of content
Good tips and great lore info. Definitely include lore where it makes sense.
Wow that lore portion was really interesting cool! Great video man!
I love the lore part of the video, thanks for the extra work
Definetly liked the lore. Plz keep it up
Lore was great!! Keep it coming 💯
Dont have the game yet, but i love how you explain and tell about the lore from almost every mission👌! Keep it up brother
I do appreciate the lore and elden ring content thank you 🙏
Awesome vid bro
Loved the extea info to thanks
Subbed
I am definitely interested in the lore ESO, as someone who is new to Souls games. I’m enjoying diving into a brand new world of speculation 🤩
This worked great, thanks!
I like the lore part and appreciate that you save it for after the boss guide, not before.
Love the vids! Keep more coming!
Definitely enjoyed the Lore part thank you.
Brand new to the game. I appreciate and liked your theory on the Erdtree and Death Root.
Just purchased it today, great guide as always
The lore part is awesome. Keep up!
Awesome thank you for both the guide and the lore I have not played any of the dark souls games this I guess is my first aside of all the repeated dying I really enjoy it so far
Very helpful! Well presented and easy to follow. Easier with a summoned spirit for sure . Keep up the great posts!
Love the Lore. Keep it coming!
This was awesome, thanks for the guide and yes please include the lore
Very interesting to know the lore, first time playin a soul game, your info is vital. TY
Amazing guides, keep it up :)
Love this bro and the lore behind it :)
I don't usually get into lore of such games, but this was interesting to hear as you put it. I am just at level 89 at this point, and the lore compels me to look more deeply as I explore Thanks!
Keep up the good work bro
Brooo ngl it's awesome seeing eso doing elden ring guides, keep it up dude!!!
BTW can you also make vids on where to find smithing stones and somber smithing stones, seems like people don't have a lot of vids regarding about it and I'm sure many people have the same problem finding these stones
As in the higher grade ones
You can find a smithing dude that sell tge somber smithing stones all the up to +4 but past that it's quite difficult finding the other ones
You nailed it my guy, such a swell idea serving up an intriguing and ponderous dish of that Elden Ring lore for dessert hehe idk bout everyone else but I got a sweet tooth for that stuff and it's hard to find. Props.
You can also summon the three wolves and then hit him with spells or with your bow. Keep distance. The wolves keep the boss busy and therefore he doesn't dodge your attacks. It's way faster and more fun than using only a bow.
Love the Lore part. More Lore in future videos will be appreciated.
Nah man the lore explanation was a nice addition thank you
The crit health talisman triggers on every critical = every takedown to backstab. Every weapon that doesnt do pierce does siphon hp twice
They don't siphon health twice. You don't get the hp until after the whole animation is done
Thanks for the help and I had a feeling the tree was getting it’s power from the undead in the catacombs because why they all attached to the tree in a ball pile of bodies on the roots.
Dood this is an awesome conclusion!
I already got this item but I'm gonna still watch Cuz your videos are awesome
While lore is a bore it is also essential and even better when someone does the legwork and breaks it down for you so very much appreciate the extra work and thank you very much for it!
Love the Lore ESO keep going with it I'm a huge fan of your ever since the beginning of Skyrim
Love the videos and hoping for a lets play.
I love the lore keep it up
Small tip, put bloody slash on uchigatana for more bleed build up early on.
Yes I did this dungeon before video and got that trinket then forgot where the guy was it’s a great trinket for starting. Now I’m totally going to run over there and grab this lol
The guide part helped me beat him 👍
Though I prob shot a little late at time and he’d get a tap in on me or if not he’d jump back and start the knife drag attack.
I actually got the assassin’s crimson dagger drop from him. That’ll help lol
thanks sir
If you smash the skeletons as they start reanimating they die for good… well the you rest at a grace anyway
P.s. definitely appreciate the lore in all your videos brother especially pertaining to Elden rings lore and of course any elder scrolls as well! Keep on keeping on broseph, and always "Get Wrecked Son!" Lol. 😆
The lore was 🔥
The lore makes it worth while and rich. It will also prolong your intrege into the game and mythos❤
Nothing wrong with a bit of lore ESO, keep at it 👍🏻
I just found it before watching this, it was suprisingly easy.
My buddy bullied me into buying this game, this should hopefully get me that much more ahead of him😈
Ur buddy is a great person
You don't need holy damage, you just need to hit the skeletons again while they are reanimating
I always wondered where that second katana weapon was, now I have 2
:3
Yeeees, lore goooood 👍🏼
You can kill the skeletons by hitting them when they break the first time you beat them make sure you hit them while they are glowing before they get up again
Yeah I really like the lore to add depth to the game.
I love Lore!
There is an area there that looks like a path will open up to the left of the chest. if you couldnt slash through it maybe it will become unlockable later.
Hey Eso i have Super serious question...its way off course but im very curious...if you take the golden seed when creating a character does that mean you have one golden seed left over at max flask... if so that means that it is pointless to take in the beginning... hopefully you or someone knows this answer!
IMPORTANT TIP
skeletons can be perma killed with any damage type if hit when reforming
I am pretty sure that you can kill the skeletons with normal weapons. You have to strike them as they are reanimating after you strike them down the first time.
The uchigatana wasn’t there for me? Is there something I’ve done wrong
I'm pretty sure the only way to truly die is to return to the erd tree, that's why the corpses are around the roots and in those root bulbs. (I think)
I’m about a year late but the lore part was very interesting!!!
The lore is great
I'd think the bodies were added to the root system to corrupt the tree, maybe to hasten the end
So if you hit the skeletons while they are glowing and regening you will kill them
You can kill any skeleton that isn't engulfed in teal flame, by hitting them before they reassemble.
Sooo close to two mil :)
I have it but how do I equip it? I have it equipped but can't use it
Amazing content, thank you so much
U can kill the skeleton if u hit it right it starts to regenerate
If you start as Samurai and go here you can get a 2nd Uchigatana and duel wield.
May I ask good sir, why is the tactic called "Cheese" ? :)
You can kill skeletons with any weapon as long as you hit them an additional time while they are glowing white and trying to get back up. Very easy
I appreciate the Lore ESO
You can kill the skeletons by hitting their bones while they re-assemble after killing them
You can kill the undead with a torch hold on left hand when they die press lt with the torch and they die
How did I miss this lol
I love how all the fuckin videos think we can jus magically teleport to that fucking spot amazing job
You don’t need anything to kill à squelette, only attack
A bit of a random question, but what level did you beat this game at? Also how many hours did it take?
Level 13, only leveled up a couple of times on the bandit class
@@ESOdanny badass
The lore is very interesting but how is the overall gameplay so far...
Only a piece of the rune of death was stolen(since it was a blade), the rest is protected by maliketh In its body.
You can get the ugicata by killing the Samaria npc lol I’m an assassin and I’ve had it since lvl 10
WHAT SHIELD IS THAT?
Are you going to do a elden ring gameplay
After the fps issue is fixed on PC i think i shall do a walkthrough, but right now ill be doing individual location guides
How do you even get a critical hit tho?
I thought this was a weapon and I thought I didn’t get it when I killed him.
