I like the way Charlie told his stories. He's like a great storyteller with his deep talking voice. The moment when he heard different music and noises in the school, it's one of good moments, I can feel it. I like that. The way he was inspired by Kid Laroi himself, they way he explained piano stuffs... The way he told story about his fingers.. You're not the only one, Charlie... I was told that the longest/biggest fingers you had, the better/easier you'll be in playing piano. :) It was a nice documentary video. Thanks, Vogue.. I’ve been a huge fan of Charlie for years now, and he continues to amaze me. He’s so incredibly talented yet so underrated. He also seems like such a down-to-earth and humble guy. I love that he cares so much about the process that goes into his music and that he wants to get the fans involved to feel connected. I’ve seen him in concert 3 times before, and I’m hoping I will again, because he’s just amazing! He was my inspiration to continue practicing my passion, which is singing, and to start making my own music, and I can’t thank him enough for that. I’m so excited for his new music and I’m super proud of how far he’s come!

Lesson for parents: My Mom taught me to sing at 2, tuned my "ear" to the piano early, taught me to harmonize, and also played piano every day. I also grew up playing with the piano, broke all the ivory keys at 4 with a coat hanger. At 5 I had an inspiring teacher, by 8 I had one that killed my desire to play. Teachers are everything! But, still, I have a good ear, used to have perfect pitch and I am still able to harmonize and hear a song, play it a little bit by ear. NO WHERE near the skill this man has, he IS music. SO much talent.
This is a very enjoyable interview, visiting these places and hearing Charlie's recollections. I could easily watch this if it was double the length, hearing about his musical journey. The bit at the music school is nice: being considerate not to disturb the class. Really like the part in the studio, hearing him talk about his new album and branding.
