I love those custom cups. As a girl in the arts with a bigger bust this dress made me feel seen - women of all shapes and sizes can be glamorous - thank you Oscar De La Renta team. Love it.
The fit on the cups (as mentioned below) was bad. A good corset maker would have had those underwires in the centre sit flat against her chest in her cleavage and it would have supported her better. Love the monochromatic palette of her blush tulle gown and the way it accentuates her own beauty and facial features especially. The subtleties of the gown’s color schemes allow Billie’s own beauty to shine rather than a vivid dress color that screams “look at me”. Or is it just us tetrachromats who can see how gorgeous that dress is?🍑
I'm surprised at how emotional that made me, especially the final shot of her on the carpet. There was zero conceit or vanity - just a creative individual, sharing that with the world. UGH I love.
You know, I'm really glad Billie has gotten more comfortable with showing herself off more because I always had this stigma that you could never make it in entertainment as a woman unless you were x,y and z but she's proven you don't. @@ytho268 ok. 🤐
I know what you mean. It’s very hard finding anything for a bigger chest. This is custom. So that helps
The fit on the cups (as mentioned below) was bad. A good corset maker would have had those underwires in the centre sit flat against her chest in her cleavage and it would have supported her better. The dress was beautiful, but she deserved a better fit. Disappointed that the designers failed in this regard.
@@katherineferrett6524 that depends on what you want something to fit like. I think these cups reminded me of the classic Marilyn photo of her leaning forward in a white tutu but make it Billie. It was punk-glam/ Old Hollywood and I was here for it. Each to their own.
Dude that dress flatters her figure so nicely, I love it. I want that dress
Also, billie agreed to wear this dress only if the designer stops using fur in their future collections, and now they're completely fur-free. People really need to see the good side and let her be. She's amazing and gorgeous. I love her so much ♥️

It is so bizarre how people gush over celebrities doing absolutely nothing .. like "Wow, omg she said "thank you" that means she is literally Jesus Christ personified!" Isn't saying "thank you" and "hi mom" exactly what any decent human would do? Why on Earth does it make her so special? She's special for her singing and performance abilities, not for doing the bare basic minimum of human decency.
Thats the bare minimum of things tho...
@@koolaidman6251 Most people have a mindset that celebrities are better or just aren’t regular people. Their view is so skewed, because they aren’t around celebrities. When a celebrity does something that’s the bare minimum, people like the feeling of relatability. It makes the celebrity more human to them, so they latch on to it.
I think that seeing her happy, seeing her reach this point of confidence, is what the entire fandom has been waiting for the most. I'm surprised at how emotional that made me, especially the final shot of her on the carpet. It's so powerful to see a young woman be unapologetically at ease with who she is, what she does, how she looks.
She's proven that it doesn't matter. She and I have such similar body types and idk for some odd reason it gives me hope, she's so beautiful I hope I can feel as pretty as she looks to me. And maybe that's super weird but I'm glad she doesn't look like how I was expecting
