@@justabomb8629 Do you mean Breaker? If so, then no it's not, it's just a similar movement. The Breaker counter is Majima elbowing a guy in the face while this is Majima uppercutting a guy.

Essentially, but more accurately it’s mostly Thug now, and the dagger moves are mostly from his boss moveset.
