It's been so long since I had a history lesson on Canada Day! But thank you for reminding me of all these important moments in our history. My favourite part is that it's a holiday and a reason to celebrate. Great narration.

Fascinating the differences between The routes the United States and Canada took to independence. I appreciate the historical exposition. Also that you showcased the history with the natives as well.

That is correct - the maple leaf flag didn’t get adopted until 1965. It is interesting to see the design that were contenders foe the official flag.
Wow, I didn't realize it used to be called dominion day. Who doesn't love fireworks and a great way to celebrate a country.
Sadly we are so dry here right now our local fireworks were cancelled this year 🥲
Canada, you had to have your canada day on July 1st, so close to the 4th of July, our Independence Day. Where our country had to do a lot more to get its independence than you did?.
