In this video, we:
Rented E-Bikes: We started our journey by renting e-bikes to experience Texel's beautiful cycling routes. It's the best way to see the island up close and personal!
Visited Texel Lighthouse: Next, we rode to the iconic Texel Lighthouse, one of the island's must-see attractions. The views from the top were breathtaking!
Explored Ecomare: We then made our way to Ecomare, where we learned about Texel’s wildlife and the Wadden Sea. It's a fantastic spot for nature lovers!
Tasted Texel Cheese: A trip to Texel wouldn't be complete without trying some local cheese. We visited a cheese farm and savored the rich flavors unique to the island.
Enjoyed Texel Beer: Finally, we wrapped up our day with some delicious Texel beer at a local brewery. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the island vibes.

We live just outside Amsterdam (Hoofddorp) and go to Texel at least once a year. We take our bikes (e-bikes) on the back of the car and when we are there we hardly use the car. We go there for the birds. Sometimes we go in the winter and other times in the spring. A beautiful island where you can really relax.

Since Texel is an island we Dutchies say we are 'on Texel' instead of 'in Texel'.
Nevertheless you made a nice video during your stay on Texel. It's a pity you apparently weren't in 'De Slufter' nor in 'De Muy'.
I guess you didn't have the time to visit those parts as well as other parts and villages, since I didn't hear nor saw it in your video. I may have missed it if you did mention it though. In that case: my mistake. Of course four days are way to short to see éverything'. Perhaps another time?
Anyway, anyhow: both areas I think are very beautiful and are almost completely surrounded by dunes. Both are quite similar as well as different from each other. Both have lots of salt loving plants and animals, but De Slufter has an opening to the sea through which occasionally (in the case of higher tides) seawater comes in flooding a part of the area, while De Muy gets partially flooded twice every day.
