I’m a parent and my son plays Fortnite, I was concerned at first when he wanted it a few years ago so I just decided to play it with him. He’s moved onto other games and I’m still playing.

Some parents think that when the kids are addicts to Fortnite it's because the game or something else but there is no something bad with your kids.
Dear parents. Your kids are fine, the problem is you! put boundaries to avoid this to happening and stop trying to put the blame on someone else, Take responsibility on yourself.
I mean, isn't the point of a video game to be fun? Enjoyable? Satisfying? Make you want to play it? I don't see anyone getting mad over a movie or show being "addicting" because people are invested in it and want to watch them. Admittedly, I'm sure there's some shady practices going on regarding the cosmetics/ money side of things, but the majority of this sounds pretty dumb.

@@andreewersonst Fortnite doesn't endorse any of that. They probably just think it's funny because parents either encouraged/ didn't discourage that behaviour. And they probably just learned it from OTHER toxic kids on the game. Not necessarily Epic's fault plus they have all sorts of controls for online play to help prevent that sort of interaction if anyone cared to use them.

5:20 Rue's outfit isn't based on the bad guys from the second world war. It's based on uniform that the soviets used. Seeing as how the season she was released in was Spy themed and how The Soviets were a common enemy in old spy movies, this makes a lot more sense.

Yeah, like it's just a trench coat! The Germans always had super sick and badass uniforms, and that is not one of them! First off all, those parents shouldn't be mad at their child for playing the game, since they are responsible for him and they have to control what he plays. If they let him play the game, don't be mad at him, since you let him.
Second of all, Fortnite is a teen game, indicated for kids only above 13+, but people under that age can play, if their parents are conscient of their decision of letting him play and they know what they're doing

I’ve seen other videos in the past where parents got very mad at their kids because of Fortnite, and to be honest, this is exactly what I expected to see after watching this. I do admire Fortnite, but I’m not hypnotized by it, or in normal words, addicted. I do play the game from time to time, but I do that to earn rare cosmetics; you probably can tell I’m a grinder as well since I said this.

As a Canadian, the parents who sued Epic Games at the start don't deserve my respect. To have prevented the problem, they should've DISCUSSED deeply and calmly with their kids on the game before letting them play/taking legal action. Matter of fact, I never played Fortnite and still don't, but watch videos about it which demonstrates the supportive fanbase. Please let this game live, it's not the kid's fault for not knowing the ESRB "T for Teens" rating. Thanks for reading.
