Easter egg, not cameo
Clonetroopers have always been a skin i wanted to see in game. And i always imagined they would have a great Edit style, from Pauldron's to legion color as well as the option for Phase 1 or 2 helmets. But was disappointed to see they missed out on this opportunity. Also i want an LAAT glider.

I'm guessing they separated the Clone Troopers into skins because they're all available in different ways. Only one is free, and 3 variants are part of the premium track (Though don't know why they can't just be styles of the Coruscant Trooper skin) and another 2 variants are in the item shop.
Can't really make them all styles of one another if there's no guarantee you can get them all.
Yeah I’m actually really happy with the Clones. Do think it’s kind of weird they didn’t make them just edit styles but I’m fine with them being separate the main thing I wish we got is stuff like the Pauldrons as edit options. I also wish we got the phase 1 and 2 helmet as edit styles.
What I'll say about the phase 1 is that if they added 332nd like they did, they can't exactly make that be P1, and the skins from the battlepass track for clones wars will be in the item shop again in the future. I think that if they do show up in the item shop, they might give more customization then.
I still don’t see why they can’t give a lightsaber pickaxe. I know it’s a weapon but epic should know that would make a ton of money if they dropped a lightsaber pickaxe.
It's probably going to remain like this until they get off their butts and just grab lightsaber's designs that cannot be confused with the weapons or do the thing I saw someone suggest where they just disable lightsaber pickaxes when the weapon versions are out
They can't cuz of copyright yes they are weapons but only for a certain amount of time
because it would give you an advantage in the game. You could pretend to have a lightsaber mythic in your hand and that already give you mental advantage against enemy to trick them for thinking you have mythic. That's just not fair and never will came to Fortnite.

The makeup collaboration isn't really a bad thing it's a genius idea cause I really want that cuddle team leader eyeshadow palette so I can do a inspired look based off cuddle team leader herself

Epic should add a ghostbusters event with the stay puft marshmellow man walking around mega city or something with a special building that looks like the ghostbuster's headquarters from the movie. They could even maybe add a driveable ecto 1 vehichle.

I always see the argument that maybe Lightsabers aren’t pickaxes just to not confuse them with the weapons. I have a lot of problems with this. First off it’s not that hard to find out. If an enemy is running around with a lightsaber shoot at them and you should pretty easily know if it’s the pickaxe or mythic. Also there are tons of pickaxes that already look relatively like lightsabers so I don’t know why they don’t just actual add them.

This video is a 50/50... im glad to hear this history, but i never felt this way about most of this stuff. Alot of the stuff that "fans" roasted, i was okay with. As an example: "Dissapointed there was no peacemaker?", yes... "hated bloodsport because of it?", no. Bloodsport was a day one for me a very clean skin.

they changed number 11. I was using storm breaker with a few of my skins the other day.
The problem with storm breaker is that it never had the enchantment, so any of the characters should be able to use it
The cobra kai one was pretty good because two of them resembled Johnny and Miguel and the eagle fang logo is from the show
The Ghostbusters, Cobra Kai, and Tron outfits were such a letdown. Instead of getting characters from the movies and shows, we just got boring defaults wearing their outfits. Bravo fortnite 🙄

Anakins pickaxe is actually a power tool because in star wars when he was a kid he would build ships and droids
Epic should make the lightsaber a pickaxe but then disable the pickaxe when the mythic lightsabers come back to the game
Eren and Mikasa as their adult selves should have been their 2nd style you could choose. Both Goku and Vegeta should have had a 2nd style outfit with that being their outfits from Resurrection F movie.
Exactly the clones should have phase 1 armor, pauldrons, kamas, pistol holsters, ammo packs, basically anything you’d find on a clone

The reason there’s not edit styles on the clown troopers is because there are different countries for the different factions and armies into just having edit styles wouldn’t make sense in the law
And of course the MrBeast map had a ton of bugs like mantling glitches and severe lag. And of course the million dollar winner went to a rich fortnite pro with a expensive gaming setup.

I don't get why people are so determined to downplay their deaths. The Cube Queen gets killed by the ENTIRE FUDGING ISLAND FLIPPING ONTO HER! How is that not cool? And the Herald gets destroyed in an EXPLOSION THAT DESTROYS THE ENTIRE ISLAND! Again, how is that disappointing?

@@SwitchStryke You mean that they were built up as huge bad guys only to die within a 10 - 13 minute live event? (Or in a cutscene in the Herald's case). While it does feel like they just got Slone bonked out of existence without being given a chance, I feel like we do forget just how much damage they did before being defeated.
The Cube Queen waged a 2 season long war on us, with Aliens and Cubes. Eventually corrupted the entire Island, summoned the full force of the Last Reality and we nearly lost before the Seven came to save us.
The Herald managed to chrome-ify the entire Island and defeated pretty much everyone in her way. The only thing that seemingly stopped her was either the chrome betraying her or the Zero point blowing up the entire Island (I'm assuming that's what the explosion was).
Long story short: The Cube Queen and Herald both were built up as huge bad guys, did a lot of damage to the Island/ Reality. And then got destroyed equally Epic-ly. We just seem to be downplaying everything they did.

I think that either the zero point is coming up or the island yet the volcanoes happening, but just thought you might want to know.

I also hate how in order to get the premium rewards in the Star Wars mini battle pass you have to pay 1000 vbucks for 11 tiers which is a greedy decision for epic games to do to players.
