Same problem in iPhone 11, after I removed the tempered glass it works fine. Air bubble or dust in tempered glass should be the reason.

Hi @iRobinPro today under accessibility settings-> touch i saw a setting called call audio routing…i use tws and neckbands from other companies and whenever i get a call i need to switch to bluetooth device manually….but will making change to this setting will get rid of the problem
