I would like to share this trendy new formula that’s floating around on FB, twitter and most importantly Pinterest.
I stumbled across a photo where a mom mixed DooGro & Sulfur8 and received amazing results. I figured I would do the same but add my very own twist. I did some research, emphasis on SOME, lol. I’ll admit it doesn’t smell pleasant. Honestly this particular formula smells like medicine 😂, but it definitely works.

Next time place the tube of virgin hair fertilizer in a cup of hot water so the contents can melt down. Then cut off the bottom once melted and pour into the mixture. You get a lot more product out the tube that way. 😊

For anyone looking for actual results from people who have attempted this mix I can attest to it. I was frustrated with my hair not growing as fast as I wanted it to. So I got cornrows and had it for a month and every two days I would apply this mixture. I heated up the mixtures in boiling hot water and mixed it all together in a plastic bottle and every two days I would squeeze the mixture on the skin of my scalp and on the braids themselves. I took em out last week and my hair appeared much longer. The real test tho is to get all the breakage out (and I mean all of it) to see how much length you got. For the first week it appeared my hair just grew a little bit, which has me a bit disappointed given I thought I was going to have crazy growth from the mixture. Well today I loosened up my hair a bit with a relaxer for 5mins (since I don’t want my hair completely straight) and it turns out I did really have crazy growth! My sides were passed my ears, my crown grew so much and I have bangs around my forehead now. Seriously looks like my hair grew about a good 2 inches. Worth it!

My mother had as they use to say back in the day, “growing hands”. She was old school and made her own hair products from scratch. When all of my sister’s hair fell out because of a skin condition she had, my mother’s hair concoction helped to grow her hair back better than before. One of the ingredients I remember her using was Sulfur 8 grease. I will definitely try this in my hair!
I know all about growing hands. My Mom has growing hands as well and I grew up seeing Dax, BB and of course Sulfur 8.

I had to give you a update.Back in December I cut my locs,I had bald spots in my head,I was depressed and sad lmao. I watched your videos and it helped ALOT. During quarantine,I grew my hair back,grew braids,then cut it. I used this ingredients FAITHFULLY along with the Biotin and listen‼️‼️‼️ the bald spots are GONE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ and now my hair is full like nothing NEVER happened. Wild growth oil never grew my hair and I been using it for two year but I mixed it in hair grease and my hair grew like hell also Castro oil
Hey Lateefa Johnson giiirrrlll I stopped using Wild Growth Oil many years ago simply because of the smell. I believe it grew my hair some but the smell just wasn’t happening lol.
Oddly, this mixture smells just as worse 🤣 but giiiirrrrlllll my hair growing like crazy. I mean in a matter of weeks my braids well pass my shoulder, like wtf 🤣!!!!
I’ll deal with smell and whatever else for the results I’m getting.

Lateefa Sabore it was likely the hair grease that caused the growth. The scalp just like oils. Some ingredients opens the pores of the scalp and/or hair shafts. Some ingredients are good for hair follicles. Usually anything stimulating including cayenne pepper.

If yall read I said “products” as in multiple/more than 1. I add more to VHF And I add it to other products overall.
Put it in the freezer for 30min.Then place in refrigerator for a couple of days...It should be extra firm after...🤔🔥🔥👀👀🖤🖤👌🏽

I’ve tried all of these products and the only thing that made my hair grow was Sulfur 8 and virgin hair. Jamaican Black Castor Oil was excellent on my hair.
Serene yessss, in all honesty, I absolutely love Virgin Hair Fertilizer. Sulfur 8 is old school and I’m pleased to say the formula is the same because it definitely smell the same lol. JBCO definitely work wonders on my hair.

I had rubbed a bald spot right on my left temple (stress). I used the black castor oil only, and sure enough it grew back in. However....it took a while for it to happen.
I can't wait to try this. I'm older 63 and my hair is changing. I'm having a hard time with i, it's fagile and beginning to thin out alot. I hope it works for me too. Thank you for the lesson.

I bought this stuff the same night i saw the video & got some box braids a week later, just took my hair out last night & my hair grew at least an inch!!! You are the realest one on here. This formula has been around for ages..especially Sulfer 8. I have never been steered wrong using Sulfer 8..everything u have there is a guaranteed winner. As many other, I’ve tried just about everything to moisturize my hair and nothing worked. I finally decided to revert back to the old school method and low and behold my hair flourished.
Using this mixture my hair stay moisturize for days and most importantly less breakage.

I made this potion after watching this video soon as the planned-demic hit us.. My hair grew like wild flowers 🌼. I wear nothing but protective styles. I even ordered all the products and had them shipped to my Mom and her hair has grown as well. I add peppermint oil to mine to sorta hide the Sulfer Aid. But yes this really grows your hair❤

I been using this formula since I had braids in my hair and it's been giving wonders for my new growth. Did a touch up yesterday and my stylist says I'm doing a great job of oil & greasing my scalp. Now Im making my Mom & neice a batch as well. I haven't used the Virgin fertilizer yet. I used Sulfur 8, Doo Gro, Wild growth, EVOO, Tea tree oil. Every batch I make I used different oils that I have on hand. Thank you for the video

I recently stopped and I totally regret it. Ever since I stopped being Vegan my body turned to trash, meaning, literally the other day (last Saturday) I damn near passed out at my job. I had to call someone to get me from my job because I feared of fainting behind the wheel while driving.

Giiirrrlll, I am so glad you brought that up because I totally forgot to mention it in my video. This mix is freaking awesome for post protein treatment. I literally went overboard on the whole rice water protein treatment and my hair was beginning to feel weird (in a bad way). I never knew i was protein sensitive but I did however use the rice water almost every other day so duh. Anyway after my hair dried out I revert back to hair grease and then thought of this mixture and my hair look, feel and act better than before. I kid you not my hair is fuller and I naturally have thick hair. If you try this mix, please please keep me posted because im curious about your results especially after the protein treatment. And then on top of my winter hair and color on my ends, my hair was starting to feel like hay. I'm definitely going to give this a try and keep you posted. For those who have seborrheic dermatitis, you can use one tube of monistat 7 (or store brand) to mix in this mixture. Cuts down dandruff and itching.
I’m glad you spoke of this because I’ve heard tons of information about Monistat 7.
One day, many years ago my baby girl came home with a sore of some sort on her scalp. I applied Monistat 7 and it went away the next day.
That looks great! You can just freeze it and whip it with a hand mixer or blend it. You'll get I nice creamy whipped butter

I went back to basics. Using up my trendy products. I’ve gone back to Blue Magic for moisture, Sulfur 8 for scalp (yellow), VO8 or Suave S&C. Deep Cleanse with ACV and Indian Hemp Clay on deep cleanse day. DooGro Intense Length deep conditioner. I never needed all the expensive trendy products before. I got caught up in the hype.
We all did hun, they had us convinced grease was terrrible.....

This would work well in an applicator bottle. If you’re not allergic and wanted to thicken it up though, I would just add some shea butter and whip it so it’s more solid. Unmelted mango butter would probably do the trick too. Thanks for the diy.

Threw the blood of Jesus you are Healed my Sister feel better!!!!! My hair texture also changed due to a recent diagnosis but i learned how to not neglect my hair even if i dont do it, keep it oiled and moisturized at all times.
I did this mixture and added peppermint essential oil and Shea butter. I poured it in an applicator bottle and apply it straight to the scalp

Update: 3-22: still haven’t finished the mix but my edges are a lot fuller!! My hair is in braids and the smell of the mix was so strong i couldn’t use it everyday but it’s very obvious that i have a lot of new growth! Won’t be able to tell until i remove them.

Definitely will try this! Maybe adding an essential oil that promotes hair growth but also smells pleasant... Such as lavender, mint, lemongrass, or tea tree.

I use neem oil and Shea butter as a hot oil treatment it's a great moisturizer. Neem stinks like hell tho
This is basically the mix I use too except I use a diy ayurvedic powder oil mixture that contains castor oil too. I then added some of my TGIN daily moisturizer trying to make the mix not so greasy. I love the results and so does my hair. I'm in protective style mode so I use this every other day after moisturizing my hair and scalp.
n2xrcise Yessssss!!!!! Thank you for sharing. I hope you mind but I will definitely try your mixture as well. This particular mix is super greasy but it works tremendously. I’ve noticed a significant difference in growth and of course retention.

Sulfur 8 too my daughter's hair out in the top of her head when she was about 6-7☹️ idk if it was too strong or what but I had to stop using it. Once I stopped after about 2weeks I started to see peach fuzz growing and eventually it was back 🤷🏾♀️☺️
Jada Ci she goes... they only gave us a prescription for medicated shampoo which helps with the flaking and dry scalp but not with growth

You won’t believe this but my bathroom is like a mini hair store. I have two each of Jamaican castor oil, two of wild growth and two of virgin. My doo gro is finished. I used sulfur 8 many years ago. I have a lot of stuff, use it for a couple weeks then start another. Sometimes I hear about a new product and purchase it not realizing I had at home. I’m gonna try it thanks for sharing.

The video (mixture) was something I figured I’d shared because I have so much product and I’m normally mixing things together. Low and behold this particular mixed changed my whole natural hair regimen. I’m still in shock at how much length I gain and how full my hair looks.

Ah Sulphur 8 & "misty watered color memories, of the way we were"!
Whenever I visited my grandmothers In the 1960s, that Sulphur 8 smell would hit you - BAM - at the front door. That's how I knew I'd be getting my hair done & tearing up from the fumes!
After over 50 years, I have returned to Sulphur 8. It has always done the job. And, thank God, the smell is lighter!

I could only imagine the smell back in the 60’s, and to think I have the nerve to complain about the smell now lol.
My Mother used sulfur 8 on my hair when I was a child and now that I’m back natural I’m happy to revert back what made my hair flourish.

Sulfur 8 will heal up a sore and irritated scalp from sctratching a few days before You get a relaxer too..will stop the itching and make your scalp ready before you get the relaxer..😊👍

I started greasing my scalp again recently and the handfuls of hair I usually comb out during the detangling process is no more. I have 3C hair and became VERY lax in my wash routine. I use the LOC method but after the 2nd day, I just throw it in a bun and live life for about 2 weeks. My hair has been a nightmare to detangle until I started parting and greasing my scalp. I do it every 2 days. I have this mixure in a jar as well that I use 2 days before wash day.
I detangle my hair with Aloe before washing, that normally helps. I use this mix once a week.

You’re very much right on the this being a great solution for the winter ❄️. I literally washed my hair the other day and applied this mix to my scalp then braided my hair. I’m leaving the braids in for another week or so because the moisture is just that good. I don’t scratch or nothing. I feel a little tingle here abs there but that’s about it. My shedding subdued tremendously.
