I feel blissful. Thank you Melissa, always come back to your videos. Appreciate your teaching so much. Only pose I had to do differently was the supported shoulder stand. I get on much better doing bridge, putting 2 blocks side by side under my sacram and lifting my legs up. If they get tired I bend them and bring them into my chest. I still get the benefits of a shoulder stand and my body loves it. I can't do shoulder stand unless I'm next to a wall. I quickly found this modification during a class years ago. That was the day my teacher said I should become a yoga teacher. Took me a while but I've just got my final lesson to submit. Need my daughter for the practical, then I'll be able to help others the same way you have. Much love and light 🧘🏼♀️ 💜
I love the 10 minute holds and the poses you choose (your videos are my fav on RUclips for this!), but the poems often make me feel sad and stressed. I’ve tried to just listen and be with them and it doesn’t work. I usually can’t tell which videos have poems or not until I’m already into them. Do you have specific videos with only one or no poems or ways to tell which videos have less poems?

If you see a long list of poems, you will know that there will be poetry reading in every pose. If there is only one poem, then I read it in savasana. Hope that helps and thanks for asking :)
