Wow that was awesome!!! I'm a full time mathematics grad student, which means that I spend hours a day sitting down and studying and around 2 hours a day in my daily commute, all of which really ruin my back. Working out really helps with my back pain.
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
I have cerebral palsy that effects my whole right side. I started weight training in January and it’s been a year now and I’ve gained so much strength in my weak side and a lot of muscle definition! I’ll never stop or look back now! My cerebral palsy is much less painful and I’m so much stronger!

Recently diagnosed with left hip labrum tear, left bursitis and lower back joint degenerative. I'm in pain, been doing PT couple months no relief. Had hip injection a week ago, no relief. So I'm trying to stay motivated. Used to workout 6 days a week. This was a great upper body workout. I loved it!
I have also been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip last year, and I am only 34. I also have a tilted pelvis that I see a cyropractor for, which I'm beginning to think that is what showed up on the X-ray. I have my good and bad days, but I refuse to let arthritis take over my life, or really believe that I have it and I exercise as much as I can. Exercise really does help to keep pain away and stretching also does the job. And, I've been watcing videos that you can reverse arthritis. Eating well, exercise and keeping weight at a good level all helps. Too many doctors push the pills, when all we really need to do is take better care of ourselves. Those pills can actually make the arthritis worse! I also lost 50lbs in the last two years with the help from you guys. So, thank you. I've never thought I could feel this great again.
Yes Ashley, you can take the power back! While doctors are great, they too often treat the symptoms instead of trying to help you treat and reverse the condition itself. Keep up the great work and you can do it.

I'm a 65 year old woman who is starting to experience the effects of aging and so I do your workouts to build my strength, mobility, energy and fight the middle-aged spread! I've been following you since COVID but have recently found your 30 day and 90 day programs brilliant for providing me with the structure I value. I've recently re-joined a gym so I can complement my strength building workouts with some cardio on a bike and in the pool. Thanks to HASfit sessions I could resolve my hand numbness issue . I was suffering from hand numbness and pulse issues while sleeping . I had weak shoulders and chest and neck muscles . All the excercises of HASfit has really helped . Really great couple and thanks so much . God bless

Love being members of the HasFit tribe. My wife and I enjoy your workouts and reminders about good form so we don't risk injuring ourselves. We find that recovering from injuries at 50-something takes a bit longer than it used to! :0). We have done both the Foundation and Motive workouts for the past year, and have learned not to let the Foundation calendar fool us. The high intensity, low impact workouts are a challenge. Thank you to you both for keeping us sane during the COVID quarantine. Now if we could just put down the tortilla chips . . .

When I couldn't go swim anymore (COVID) my CORE muscles became very weak. So much so that walking became a problem. I also have FROZEN SHOULDERS (again). You guys are life-savers. I can do anything right now. Besides your work-outs I do other's, yoga, I walk or bike each day for 45-60 min. (Male 68 yo) Thank you so much.

Like the coach remind us when to inhale n exhale since I always confused about it. Like the coach always use encouraging words such as what’s your WHY? Burn is so good....during the workout . Super like have the pre workout warm up n finishing cool down moves. Not that many coach doing something liked that. Just finished this workout and feeling sore and tired in a nice way 😊. I have been struggling with diabetes for 18 years but always hated going to the gym. Too intimidating and afraid of injuries. This is the most amazing upper body workout I have done yet. I have been working out since I jointed the military and I have never had my pecs shake before during a workout! What I love about your workouts is that they are not high impact. I have lower back issues now and I can follow you guys and adjust my weight as needed without hurting myself. You guys are the most effective and user friendly workouts I’ve found. I’m 72 and have always realized he benefits of working out however as most people I go through stages of dedication😌. When I recently decided ( with the pandemic ) to start again I found you guys. Who hoo! Almost every other workout video was either to boring without feeling I’ve done anything the next day, or too impossible to complete. Yours gives me a fantastic workout which the next day I feel😗, and I’m able to complete them . KEEP THEM COMING!

Just finish their 35 min upper body workout. Fantastic! Enjoy their warm up, cool down, reminding inhale n exhale, n encouraging throughout the workout. The coach never use the word , lazy, but say you can do it. Don’t stop when it is pain, but stop when it’s done. 👍👍😀😀
By the way, I just finished your 35 Min Upper Body workout. I went lighter weights because of my left shoulder. But, it was a great workout. I was getting more toner when I started your workout. But, I was overdoing it coz you guys are the have the best. I hope and pray that my shoulder gets better that way, I can start your 30-days challenge again. Thank you!

I love these two coach , the main coach Ed talking to us during workout, he inspired me. Always remind us to find our WHY , n those inspiring wording really good. When I see it every time, it deeps out in my mind n keep me motivated. I feel proud of myself everytime when I finished the workout. I like Claudia too. She teasing him sweating a lot, seems like cone out from the pool. HaHa! I feel my wrist stronger after training . Thank you so much .

This is the most amazing upper body workout I have done yet. I have been working out since I jointed the military and I have never had my pecs shake before during a workout! What I love about your workouts is that they are not high impact. I have lower back issues now and I can follow you guys and adjust my weight as needed without hurting myself. I love your sense of humor and how you explain the moves while motivating us without overdoing it. Thank you so. much and please keep up the great work!

You guys are the most effective and user friendly workouts I’ve found. I’m 72 and have always realized he benefits of working out however as most people I go through stages of dedication😌. When I recently decided ( with the pandemic ) to start again I found you guys. Who hoo! Almost every other workout video was either to boring without feeling I’ve done anything the next day, or too impossible to complete. Yours gives me a fantastic workout which the next day I feel😗, and I’m able to complete them . KEEP THEM COMING!

Just finish their 35 min upper body workout. Fantastic! Enjoy their warm up, cool down, reminding inhale n exhale, n encouraging throughout the workout. The coach never use the word , lazy, but say you can do it. Don’t stop when it is pain, but stop when it’s done. 👍👍😀😀

By the way, I just finished your 35 Min Upper Body workout. I went lighter weights because of my left shoulder. But, it was a great workout. I was getting more toner when I started your workout.
