Most of newborn baby has lot of hair, then few days after birth there is an event for newborn to cut some or whole or just few hair.
my lil sister had spiky hairs when she's a newborn.(though not sure how the hair was the moment she was taken out since i only saw her like a couple hours after mom gave birth. and myself, from what i heard, also had a lot of curly/wavy hair as a newborn.)
