I'm afraid we're gonna need a link to where we can buy that collection of connecters that can be seen at 3:22 & you can effectively clean connectors with old school pink erasers, I run a computer shop I always have a #2 Pencil on my desk that's never sharp for the eraser
Jason... Just a suggestion you should go to your local Harbor Freight and pick up a hydraulic transmission jack to lift and mount your servers into the rack. My own back was killing me just watching you strugal trying to get the servers in the rack.
@@Darkk6969 Welp harbor freight will come in handy for that too lol, i paid like 30$ on clearance for a chain hoist, and if hes fancy he can get an electric hoist for about $100
I can relate to so much in this video....including trying to mount the BIG 4U box on rails solo. Only difference there was it was usually after spending a few hours at a data center doing stuff to it.....
i relocated my 12u rayray rack and upgraded it at same time to 42U apc rack, i think my biggest struggle was not having a concrete plan or spacing layout/mapping, i think i moved every part at least 3 times before i settled with what i have now. long story short, do the math and measurements.
We all procrastinate, one step at a time. :)
No sound around 6:00.
5:50 the sound cut out. Love your videos though my man you’ve been my go-to in my introduction to the server world

On the next episode of Jason tried to burn down his house…. 🔥
Yet again, I'm left wondering what's his actual day job?
Memory issues with large CPUs can be a CPU that needs to be reseated. If the memory works in another board, the CPU would be your next step.
You can clean the pins with a pencil eraser and then run memtest
Did you every try running them at 7V? When overclocking and case modding was first coming up we used to run 120mm server fans at 7v all the time.
5:51 no audi-Yo
Audio cuts in and out through out the video
@@chris-rh8bcThat's just they way he sounds when he talks

We all have those projects that we're "going to get back to" lol
To save your back next time you should grab a Hydraulic Lift Table Cart from homedepot holds up to 330 pounds and lifts up to 50 in
BMB video is the first I watch today. Audio cuts out. Me: Oh yeah, its April fools day...
Why do you need to heat hot water? Hot water heater. Hahaha! 0:37
Fun stuff

Jason, your rack needs more rgb
I've seen worst for a rack :)
First
One person racking any server more than 1u in size, without help or a powered lift, is grounds for having your intelligent life form card revoked ....
