Hey hows it going, Ive been a lurker for a while on your account. I am in the process of bringing an 02 xr400 back to life. I did a full top end kit with kibble white valve-train, tm36 pumper, gordons and airbox mod with uni filter, and doing the suspension and gearing this winter (possibly full exhaust from XR only. I too am in the new england area, and was curious what you used for jetting to perfect your starting( I believe my carb had Chinese jets and was running a little lean ordering OE mikuni jets and a new needle). As well as what counter and main sprocket gearing you used. Im thinking 14T and 45 or 47 rear. currently running brand new 15/45 sprockets. My plan is to register from some j day and hare scrambles this coming year. any advice would be great. Thanks
