great review pulled my p200 out of the shed (at my friends garage for 20 years) got it running during covid. driving it brought back the memories, knee hurts from the kickstart, wrist sore from changing gears, but my 15 year old loves it. Its his now, he drives it up and down 0ur alley and parking lot, At 16 he wants to start his license process. As for me, my Motto Guzzi is coming next week

Fellows, I have absolutely no reason to watch these videos, except that I am really enjoying watching you rebuild this Vespa scooter. I rode one a little when I was a teen. You make me want to have one. I think it would be a real kick to get around town and to go fishing on one. I am 72 y/old.

Thanks y’all for this very much. Just now put my P200 engine back in after watching this. The lift on the center stand was key for me. However I had the flywheel, air box and plastic shrouds on already. The trick is to start the swing bolt, go about 1/3 rd with it. With the shock tied back out of the way, lift the rear up and out to clear the air box back in, then shove 2 4x4 blocks under the rear of engine, then line up the holes and shove the bolt through. Thought of this during the process and it worked. Did it alone

Your wiring is much easier than my wiring, I have grey multi plugs which are a real pain to get down through the headset, but I will persevere 🙄🤔

PX frames are so much easier to work on than MK1 T5's, took me the best part of half an hour to get my MK1 T5's forks into the frame and had to resort to in the end turning the bike on her side to get past an internal collar inside the tube. when I changed my Bajaj Chetak forks for PX ones it took me half an hour from start to finish lol Love the vids :)

Very nicely done video. It gives excellent detailed instructions. One note, from one trainer to another, you use the words "actual' and "actually" constantly, and it takes away from your instruction.

Mine had a front brake light switch. I noticed you guys don't sell it on the website and didn't put it on in the video. I bought one from India, but the old one did cause me some trouble, it was binding up. It felt like I needed 50lbs of force to get the front brake to work. It works great now without it, but the only way the brake light works is with the rear brake light switch. Did you guys give up on it? Is it inherently bad?
