I'm impressed by your new managers demeanour, he seems very knowledgeable about the game, calm, cool and collected even though he knows he's in a high pressure situation that will demand results! its sad to say he's right about making big changes to the team, to even compete in the league your in it needs a lot of fresh young talent for the battles ahead, Croydon game was interesting it shows that he built a very tactical team who went about their business with precision, especially when finishing their dinner, Dons strikers not hungry enough in too many games! Bringing that technical side is what was missing, you had it with JR! No offence to Kingie and Dacey they did their best with what they had to work with, his first game in charge is going to be real interesting, enjoying your content, making something from nothing is a great achievement never stop, more power to you guys!

If fans didn't care there would have been no reaction. Dons is a family Club, sometimes family members say things they regret, sonetimes they lash out. Doesn't mean they don't care or dont want to be part of the family. The decision was made, and now we can move on. Antonio comes across really well, and I'm looking forward to the journey continuing. Also happy to hear Capes is staying on, I've liked the way he's carried himself through all the dramas.

People need to distinguish between hate and feedback. I bought in to Dacey as a don, so if I felt something seemed unjust I will give my opinion. Hopefully you guys have people in your life that will do that for you. I'm sure there is more to it that can't be revealed, but I always think there needs to be a bit separation between the different operations of the club, and hopefully Dons take any reasonable comments on as feedback and not hate.
Big respect to you guys man and been a fan since early and really hope it works out with Antonio, but Dacey needed more time, I know it’s your club but once you employ someone to be a manager they have to be given a chance to impart their vision, let’s be real, it wasn’t a culture clash, Dacey had high standards for the whole operation and wanted to improve the club and that requires a certain professionalism. Everything the dons have missed out on in recent years like the Nationals final, all the cup exits and poor results were because the team were outworked on the day, to improve that and be a better harder working team requires higher standards of performance and a stronger work ethic and professionalism. You don’t get that from someone who is there to be everyone’s best mate, you get that from someone who will challenge people to be better even if they don’t agree with you.
See what happens but there's no mistake dacey was a top game analyst and proper manager for 4/5 years ive watched the dons ive seen poor players who still play, have loyalties run deep in that squad hopefully this guy has bottle and can stamp authority because no sugar the team needs new faces for the longest now

People literally put their money into this club, imagine if you guys went in and fkd this entire year off and it was terrible and the club just crashed. What do you want the fans to do? Go find somebody else to support? A team going good in the playoffs in their first non league season and out of nowhere all the fans see is the manager is being sacked. A superb move by the Dons, but don't kid yourself, there is no 'process to trust' or grand plan, this is flat out chucking .oney around and buying success. As the season has evolved, there is realistically one team who have emrged who could stop them winning the league. They took their manager and will no doubt bring in some of their players. It's a reactionary, panicky move, but it's 100% the right thing to do.

You lost a game, panicked as you thought the season could end in play offs, and gutted the team you thought may well stop you winning the league.
