Higher notes are easier to hit in disconnected registers when compared to full voice and head though. i can sing in false setto but thats the only type of singing that i can do its sometimes hard for false setto singers to sing regularly so i really commend them for being able to switch from head voice to whistle to false setto is very very cool

I can never tell which is which (falsetto or head voice), but from what I gather from this video, head voice is more piercing and fuller than falsetto. Falsetto will sound airier than head voice. All I know about whistle register is that it’s disconnected and cannot be transitioned into-but people can make it seem like it is.
You will easily differentiate the notes when you can personally experiencing hits all those falls,HV and whistle .. The point is where you putting all those notes placement in vocal chord .. p/s : not everyone can hit it (but if you do, it will be easier)

Can head voice and falsetto be connected? I can go into my head voice ( i know it is, no break from my chest) but feel like end up in high falsetto cause the sensation feels different especially above g5. It can go to a g6 but ussualy caps at e6. Sometimes i also can't find the higher notes and feel like i'm killing myself for a b5. I'm also not bragging in any way bout my skills cause i don't have any breath support and almost no vibrato and my tone is shrill and my runs and belts are pitchy as fuck.

Galaxy Universe whistle is a disconnected register which is why most people can’t do it but Head voice is healthier.
