Great video! I have a quick question though about if I had tasks on a shared calendar and I want them to also show up on my main calendar. How do I do that, because right now I have a shared calendar that is showing all of the events but it is not showing the tasks from the other calendar?
Hi, do you know why when I share my google calendar with my other google calendars, it doesn't allow me to choose the option to allow 'make changes and manage sharing' because this is greyed out? The only option I'm able to pick from the drop down is 'see only free/busy(hide details)'.Thanks!
Why can't I see the NAME OF the events on my personal calendar that are on my work calendar? On my personal, my events that are on my work calendar just show up on my personal calendar as "busy". I would like to be able to see what the heck work event has me "busy" when I'm only able to look at my personal calendar.... is that possible?

Hi Megan. Thank you. When viewing multiple calendars in the Daily View, the first column overlaps with another calendar. Do you know how to separate the caledars so that it shows in different columns in the Daily View?
Help? I did this. Probably user error. LOL When I am on my personal phone and look at my "day" everything is in one place. Great! When I am on my work cell phone, all I see is work, not personal. I can't see it all like I can on my personal phone. In addition to that, when I look at the "day" on my computer, it puts personal things on the left and business things on the right. Is there a way for it to merge them together in the same column on the computer? Just like on the phone? Thanks for the help!
Hi Megan - FANTASTIC! Very few people have the gift of clear communication. One Problem...all imported events (in both directions) populates in the same medium blue color, making it difficult to differentiate events. Any ideas?
Figured it out...thanks to your clear instructions. I was spacing on the part where you grant full permissions to the other calendar. Now they all transfer with their original colors! Thank you.
Is there a way that when it adds the item to one calender...and then copies to the other... i dont see the same entry twice? It will show Appointment XYZ in two difference colors to indicate which calendar its on.
If you uncheck all the notifications for one of the e-mail addresses then it will remove the duplicates. You won't lose any notifications because they are all still within the second e-mail

Hi! This is a great video, thank you! Do you know how to combine the events from two emails? Like having my emails 1 and 2 combined so that when people invite my email 1 to an event, they can see my availability of both emails.

They are overlaying each other. I have both calendars set up for clients to make their own bookings. My problem is that I’m getting double booked! If I merged the 2 together, how can I allow both accounts to share the same availability and recognize a booking from one another?

That’s my issue as well. I can see all events, but setters can only see events on one calendar.
