As a cowboys fan its a blessing to see my current favorite player take notes from my all time favorite linebacker. The nfl might never see another defensive mind like luke

Jaycee Horn is going to be a really good player but I believe we blew it passing up on Parsons. He would’ve been another MLB great in Carolina. And a perfect replacement for Luke.

Jack Campbell, Lions LB picked in the first round this year had been training with Luke Kuechly for a while leading up to the draft. I was really excited to see that. Luke is one of the best LBs to ever do it.
God I miss my baby boy Luke, loved watching him play. He still looks so good, like he could suit up tomorrow if he wanted to.

Micah parsons is a freak of nature. I was just watching his film and I saw 3 plays that make me think he’s the best defensive player in the league. 1) he got past a double team and wrecks the RB to complete blow up the play V the giants. 2) he blows up the pocket makes fields leave the pocket and dump off the ball, he then pursues the play 20-30yds down the field to recover a fumble and returns in it for a TD. 3) they try to double team him in a screen play V Detroit and he reads the play, changes direction and made a play like 30yds down the field and saved a TD at the 1yd line. The fallowing play the cowboys forced a fumble at the 1yd line. Nobody has the combination of talent that parsons has. His IQ, his strength, his speed, his coverage recognition, his motor to run sideline 2 sideline or down field. It’s crazy.

Love seeing Luke willing to learn and teach even Thoe he doesn’t play no more he was by far the smartest line backer in the league during his prime read the offense like he played for them

In year 2 Parsons is second to Aaron Donald maybe even first and above him in the league. He is by far the most diverse defensive player in the league maybe even ever. The man plays cornerback linebacker and defensive end at an all pro level. There was a play where he dropped back into coverage this past week and guarded terry McLaurin on a slant all the way to the sideline. He basically gets more sacks than anyone and isn’t even lined up as a pass rusher every play. He is beyond a generational player. I’m excited to see his career play out and I know that he is already on Lawrence Taylor’s level, Lawrence Taylor himself says it.

Luke outside of pads doesn't at all look like a linebacker. He never did to me. I know his size is adequate or even more so. He, however, looks like a normal guy and always has.

It’s jaycee 2nd year in the league really his 1st cuz he only played 2 and a half games last year. Other than week 1 when he was matched up against cooper who’s one of the best route runners in the league he’s been very good

@@kayodub6960 Yea i feel like Dan Quinn is the only DC who would use him to his talents. You barely see DC using defensive players (Linebackers) in more than 3 positions. Dan Quinn has a history of using players creatively and their match up was perfect.
