Liquid flashing is a type of sealant that can be used to repair leaks on a roof. Here are the steps you can follow to use liquid flashing to fix leaks on a roof:
Locate the leak: Use a hose or water source to simulate rainfall and locate the leak on the roof.
Clean the area around the leak: Use a wire brush to remove any loose rust, dirt, or debris from around the leak.
Apply liquid flashing (Turbo Poly Seal): Apply a thick layer using a disposable brush of Turbo Poly Seal over the area around the leak, making sure to cover the entire area where the leak is located.
Embed reinforcing fabric: Place a strip of reinforcing fabric over the Turbo Poly Seal, pressing it firmly into the sealant. This will provide additional strength and stability to the repair.
Apply another layer of liquid Flashing: Apply another layer of Turbo Poly Seal over the reinforcing fabric, making sure to cover the edges of the material.
Let the liquid flashing dry: Allow the liquid flashing to dry completely according to the manufacturer's instructions. (approx. 24 hours)
Check the repair: Once the liquid flashing is dry, check the repair for any remaining leaks. If there are any remaining leaks, repeat the process.
Remember, safety is essential when working on a roof. Wear appropriate safety gear, such as gloves, goggles, and a hard hat. Additionally, following the manufacturer's instructions for the specific brand of liquid flashing you are using is essential, as application and drying times may vary.

Downtown Stamford, Summer Street? I know the skyline by street. Nice job.
Really neat & tidy job....well done ,you're an inspiration.
thank you
can we use this between at the bottom of the chimney/outside - between the cement and brick?
Would this material work on bitumen type material on flat roof? Would Super Silicone Seal or this TPS work best with bitumen?
@roof Doctor
Will it work on gutter seems or just gutter leaks
God bless you. I have a very complicated roof with transitions front pitched to flat. I'm constantly fixing leaks, and this technique will be of much help.

What are the names of the materials you used Sir?

Turbo Poly Seal is tough to source in AZ. Way too much Henry products that dont last . Got to find a polyurethane bitumen product somewhere. Always a good Flat Roof Doctor teaching here.

Never trust a “roofer” with sandals!
if that is your criteria, then your judgement on many things are out
I wear sandals a lot cuz I don’t want to wear my boots or cougar paws around all day. Concrete will ruin the cougar paws. And also Ya know cuz you look like a massive goofball with shorts on in the summer wearing big bulky boots. And them feet get to stankin being super hot couped up all day. If someone said they didn’t trust me because I had on sandals it would not hurt my feelings one bit. Dodged a pain in the ass Karen homeowner without doing anything is exactly how I would look at it lol
😂What a bodge.
