Do you think that the materials of the horn and its construction would affect how it would be maintained and repaired down the line compared to other brands like Selmer, Yamaha, Yanagisawa, etc? Moreover, are the parts used pretty standard, e.g., the types of springs, rods, etc? Sorry if this sounds like an interrogation. I don't know much about sax repair, and as much as I want to like the Nexus saxophones, I'm still skeptical about how it holds up long term.

Funny it sounded like more of a dark horn but then when you pushed it I could hear the brighter vibe you were talking about 😊
