Thank you for all your work DF, it was invaluable when I was bumbling around foolishly in the game at so many parts. It's deeply painful to see the game go, but the dedication of fans like you will live on for a long time ❤️❤️
I was thinking of comming back ( left shortly after p5 collab ) but lol this felt like a college class lecture . I appreciate the detail and you did fantastic trimming this down yet still covering everything. But the fact that your speeding through this and it still takes 1 hr kind of scares me lol . I'm just tryna have some fun after work LOL . Edit : just to make it clear , you did amazing here . If I ever do gain the courage to come back this will be my study guide lol .
I picked up the game almost a week ago, just want to say thank you for the guide, its nice having a great foundation/failsafe to fall back on. The games fantastic :)
Had this game installed on my phone for half a year but was on the fence about starting because I was already playing 3 other gacha. This convinced me to play 4. Thanks, DF
I just redownload this game, I had an account from launch. Was on about two years, saw megaman, fire emblem, missed persona. Saw the reroll guide and damn. This game has changed a lot.
I know you've worked so hard on this updated guide, and I gotta say, well done Foundry! Even though I'm an endgame player, I still enjoy this perspective into how newer players see this game when starting now, since the early game is SO different from when I played it. I do have one question, though: Where do you get the BGM tracks to use in videos like this? In particular, I've been trying to find the song that plays starting at 24:58 for a while now, and I haven't had any luck, at least on RUclips. Yes, I know it's basically the regular facility event theme, but that extended intro and slight remixing is honestly what makes it the superior version of the song to me, and I haven't found a clean rip of it anywhere.
A long time ago a RUclipsr named Tapu sent me a zip file with music. That track is from A Wish to the Winds I think. For the songs I record on my own I turn off sound effects and voices, then use the screen recorder on my iPad to get internal audio. I then strip the video from the audio. I hope that helps!
Man awesome beginner guide! Starting just now in this game, and i know for sure ill return here a couples times until i really understand everything you said lol
Great guide. Been in the game since first FEH colab. I had no idea you could skip to certain adventurers by the pictures on the top left corner. I've been selecting through and hating it. Thanks for making my Pipple morsayati runs fun again.
I've been playing an and off for almost two years now. Thanks for making this video! I'll take some of your advice on how to play more consistently and work towards the endgame.
Started playing cause of Persona 5 collab, grabbed joker and arsene in the first multis, now this guide surely will be helpful to make me understand how to use what i got ahah
I've played this game on and off for over a year, and you're still the best Dragalia RUclipsr around! Keep being awesome. I've always had one burning question: What device do you currently use to record? It always looks so buttery smooth!
I literally just stumbled onto this game and this video after I barely managed to whittle down the weakest level of High Zodiark after I got Hildegard.
I just had the most insane luck and pulled joker and arsene on my first two multis on my first re roll!!! suffice to say I can't wait to start this game and really get into it. I just skipped over the first 10 chapters tho and I'm kind of lost on what to do.. are there any specifics parts of this guide I should pay attention to? thanks!
If you skipped chapters, I would say for everyone to start watching around 11:30 in the video to learn how to progress or what to do. (Unless you want to learn the combat basics, in which you could watch that earlier)
On the main menu there is book icon in upper right. that is the option menu. Under that option there is two guide quest, one with Notte icon and the other just text. Those two quest is good indication of what to do next its called royal regimen, around min 27:00 in the video
Play the game for persona event stay for the game, love the combat and everything about this game but the mechanic is overwhelming I already maxed out joker Mona sophie forte hildegard Mana circle included but still feeling under leveled
Huh, i just downloaded this game to try it out, but that's a lot of complicated stuff for me to try to remember. Im a simple man who just likes to unga bunga so i might have to just try something else then.
You can just play the regular game for unga bunga gameplay, the majority of the more complicated stuff is meant for those who want to engage with endgame, and even further to the hardest the endgame has to offer.
jesus so much stuff to learn at least it looks like I will always have stuff to do in this game unlike dragon ball legends where there is just nothing to do but spend money after awhile
Yes. Everyone gets the blue haired ninja now. I'm not sure about the black haired character, but you can do unlimited rerolls so depending on who she is (if she's not seasonal) you can probably get her.
I mean, along Gatcha veterans it was debated that Dragalia may be literally the MOST generous one out there xD. I think it ended on it being not, but still one of the most generous in term of Gatcha and grinding, and that was when the game was not even 20% of what it is now, because when the game was new the 5 daily Quests (Avenues, Ruins, Dragons and Onslaught) were the only available quests, weapons were just the core ones, there was no void battles, nor Advanced Dragon trials/Agitos..., Wyrmprints actually were in the Gatcha instead of being in the shop or droppeable (hence, you received a ton of less Eldwater), the Log in bonus was terryfing, it have you nothing worth at the long run... So, yeah, after some months and updates the game was already one of the most generous in the gatcha terms, imagine NOW, almost 2 and a half year later xD.
In its current state, it is. While there is a lot of grinding involved, I've been able to make lots of progress in this game and am proud of what I've accomplished. And I'm an F2P player since day one.
Thank you for all your work DF, it was invaluable when I was bumbling around foolishly in the game at so many parts. It's deeply painful to see the game go, but the dedication of fans like you will live on for a long time ❤️❤️

@@adroitws1367 been playing since april 2019 such a good game but i lost my account this last year and need a refresh

Gratz on 10k subs!!
As a new player I can say this is very helpful
Came back for persona, this is exactly what I needed! This is an entirely different game lol
Started playing cause of Persona 5 collab, grabbed joker and arsene in the first multis, now this guide surely will be helpful to make me understand how to use what i got ahah
Not new but I'm coming back and it's nice for a refresher. I forgot everything
Thank you!

iPad Mini! And thank you!
Got pretty lucky and picked up all the currently available p5 characters and Grace. I dont actually know what Grace does but I heard shes good to have
Im new here. This guide is jampacked! Love it. ❤️

Skip ticketing is a good way to obtain the raid characters by skipping the expert mini boss
I can't imagine how long the rendering took for this video
lets go all i need is panther i might try and get arsen but i just want a persona team and he would be useless because they have persona's
I'm a vet but still excited too watch this
How did you change the mana circles menu from the tower with all the stones to just that simple skill menu??
Click the book in the top right corner. Hit Options, then System, and under Mana Circles toggle your Display Preference to 2D.
Play the game for persona event stay for the game, love the combat and everything about this game but the mechanic is overwhelming I already maxed out joker Mona sophie forte hildegard Mana circle included but still feeling under leveled

princess connect is mega simple but a super fun gacha O_O
I've never played any games, but when I first checked it out of should've watched this because I sorta did random things, haha
Is there a way to Log in in an other Account? Deleting Data and download it all again is bs ...
Nope...
wanted euden in smash since 2019, maybe this crossover with persona of all games is a hint?????
jesus so much stuff to learn at least it looks like I will always have stuff to do in this game unlike dragon ball legends where there is just nothing to do but spend money after awhile
Does anyone know how to get hustle
? hammer
How in god's name do you have 16 squishems?
Triple drops void battles =)
I want these 2 characters back, if I start again. Blue hair ninja guy, and black hair yuffie looking ninja girl. Will I get them?
Yes. Everyone gets the blue haired ninja now. I'm not sure about the black haired character, but you can do unlimited rerolls so depending on who she is (if she's not seasonal) you can probably get her.
Is this game only on iPhone?
Nevermind it just isn't out where i live
Is this game for paytowin ???
Or playfree ??
im just hoping the game is f2p friendly
