Does your roof leak? Have you checked your bolts on your roof? I just got my adv5 Northstar mine came with 2 bolts holding winch, my roof bolts had no nuts, and the interior cage was missing nuts on the bolts. Mine pours water from the roof upper pillar between the seats. Does your windshield leak at 45mph. Upper and lower hinges area leak?
@@flyby4by I haven’t noticed it leaking bad maybe slightly. But every cab unit I’ve ever had will have slight leaks at spots. My xpedition goes in a shop majority of the time. But we have rode in the rain multiple times never noticed much of anything.
Dimpled Rotors were a failed experiment. They did disapaite heat better than the standard rotor but they caught more dirt and debris thus costing more to fix the brakes, calipers and so on
Spot on video! It's way too pricey, and it depends on its use and if you can tax deduction. For someone with a farm or ranch who needs it for property work and occasional offroad trails (70/30 split) and can get a tax deduction, it's worth considering. However, for someone who primarily uses it for offroad trail rides, fishing, and hunting with an enclosed cabin, there are better options at a much lower price. For a real offroad trails, from 1-10, I rate it 5, it's tippy due to high C.G., not enough suspension travel, horrible suspension flex, and pricey! Good lucky Polaris.
Do you have any issues with front end alignment? I have a 2 door and it pulls to the left terrible. The dealer aligned it, but still pulling to left. Also, I had a sound deadening installed on back wall, but still terribly loud.
So far I haven’t had alignment issues. Have you checked the threads on both tire rods as in how far they are from the locknut? If so, do they seem to line up evenly?
For now the only thing to compensate for cab noise(as in lower DB in cab) is to get the clutch kit offered from Polaris. That’s what I was referring to in the video. It works well but drops rpm over the range reducing peppyness over your throttle. I really like the factory power delivery so I haven’t got mine done.
Everyone steer clear of these machines these things are absolute garage except the suspension I’ve got this exact machine and ride with 3 other guys that have them take very good care of it and still spends more time in the shop then any other machine I’ve owned don’t even have 900 miles on it.. the stereo system and the suspension are awesome the rest of it is crap
My motor blew at 23 hrs brother in laws blew at 160 hrs just had to replace clutch bearings for the 2nd time and now the suspension sqeeks like crazy and clutch blew out of my buddies at 66 hrs the mechanic that works on them for S&H which is a Polaris dealership said he would never own one he works on them every day they aren’t designed to self lubricant them selves very well needless to say it’s gone trading it for a 1500… I only have 58 hrs on it

Just use a snatch block and take the cable through it and back to the SxS which doubles your pulling power.
Cool info!! Where did you get the light mounts on back of cab?

Yep, that’s the machine I’m after. Hope so one day. Agree that I’m excited to see Can Am’s response to the Xpedition.
It’s a great machine.
Y’all would have to switch your RUclips name 😁

Sounds like a good setup. Do you like the system 3?

How much air do you run in your tires?
Around 10-12 psi sometimes a little more
Does your clutch clunk when engaging?
Yes
That's a normal noise, it's due to the EBS machining that the helix has.
So did they fix the loudness inside it?Because I heard they were very loud. Thanks.
