Do you know if there is a noticeable difference in espresso quality between the Type V (vibrational pump) and Type R (rotary pump) model? Thank you.

Great question! Both the Type V (vibrational pump) and Type R (rotary pump) models are designed to deliver high-quality espresso. However, there are some differences:
*Noise Level:* Rotary pumps are generally quieter than vibrational pumps.
*Consistency:* Rotary pumps often provide more consistent pressure, which can lead to a more consistent shot.
*Durability:* Rotary pumps tend to be more durable and have a longer lifespan, especially in commercial settings.
*Price:* Rotary pump models are usually more expensive than their vibrational counterparts.

i have a rocket giotto vibration. but i have a question, when i pull the lever does it needs to go instant to 9 bar? (so without coffee ) or is it normal that it stays between 2 and 4 ? please help me out

@snorbaard666 no, it takes like 6-8 seconds before it starts to build enough pressure to reach 9. From that point it should stay at 9.

I suspect all espresso machines nowadays are overpriced. Actually I’m sure they are, chances are high that my argument is true.
