Hey LaShunda! Really? I've actually had it for years. I'm not sure where I purchased it but, I'm sure you can probably find it on Amazon. It's a Sun Beam Stand Mixer, the bowl is heavy and you have to keep an eye on it while using. Here's the link. When I bought it, I don't think I even paid $100.

Hi Dee B, yes ma’am, you can definitely use a hand mixer. I actually use one with many of my cakes. I will say, the speed depends on what you’re doing and the type of mixer. I normally use the speed closest to the highest level when mixing butter and sugar. Medium when mixing eggs and medium to low when mixing the flour.
