Man you had me for second. I thought you weren’t going to finish the purple monster. Ha ha. Then as soon as I saw the cream one I knew what was up. Your banker must love you. Ha ha
Pretty smart move. Structural parts selling is forbidden by Porsche in the US, unless you are a certified Porsche repair shop. Buying structural parts then wil only leave you Europe as a source.. and given the extent of the damage and number of parts for a new 992 generation… I totally understand the route. Clever… good thinking.
What an opportunity to document and truly know how the undamaged front parts are assembled via the chalk parts donor. I love a good chalk 911 and in GT3 spec, damn. Those carbon bucket seats should help defray the costs of this GT3 project, too. Thanks for taking us along for the "ride" [soon!].
great idea, id like to know numbers when done, since they are both high value cars. great work though, and great build, matt armstrong isn't the only guy that can do this.
Wow a lot of outstanding parts for the build! When I first started driving I got a little wild one night and went off the road into a tree and made the front of my 1968 Dodge pickup look like the back of that Porsche. However I did a worse number on my snowmobile with an apple tree. I hit the tree so hard both of my hands were black and blue and swollen but I never let go! I am looking forward to seeing the Porsche go back together. That will be very interesting!
Anyone know the backstory on the crash? The cynical stereotype is throttle-lift oversteer at the point of no return on a woodsy curve, but maybe a hero sacrificed the car to avoid hitting a doggo or something? You never know.
hey, please.. remove all the shit AC system from this beast!!!! make it the real sport car it should be!!! reduce all the weight you can reduce. cheers from italy

These videos are getting better and better. Well done guys
Looks like an Easter egg spoiler of the new front end already installed on the rubystone car in the background….. can’t wait to see that as well.

I'd love to see your math on this project. Two wrecked GT3's must have cost a mint, plus the new front end and additional parts.
Wow! This is incredible
Fantastic find 🎉🎉🎉🎉. Now Rebuild starts
That 2005 flash green s60r though🤌
Just the tip. 🕺

That right there is a custom “no aspiration” FLAT (6) exhaust! That’s a no cost option when you spec out the GT3
why not fix the chalk white instead? .....
Looks like palm tree bark. Definately Florida lol
I'm "stumped" as to how they hit a tree so hard in the rear
🌳😅
That's the ultra rare RS only 2D exhaust mod!😂😂
Will you have any intact PCCB rotors for sale after the merger of parts?
Will that PDK shifter fit my 991.2 TS? I Like the look of it. Let us know where you'll be selling parts. 🏁👍
Flat Six Engine with the BRANDNEW "FlatTree Exhaust Systems" is now available for the 992 GT3. Here the first spyshots
Your crazy cool
I want the exhaust pls
After a cold shower…. My ding-dong looks exactly like those exhaust tips. 😢
Might be easier to make the 1st car the parts car.
The ruby one is PTS, manual and has cxx options on the interior. Makes it worth about 40k more than the chalk one
are you selling seats???
Thank you for your response and the opportunity to purchase the items we discussed. Keep vids coming
OSHA is this ok? Lol
What did you pay for this one, and how much do you plan to recoup after scavenging the parts you need?
