I know, my heart sunk at the point when he said that! been following this build since the start.. and this is by far the best colour that Porsche do for the GT3
Fyi my genuine Porsche carbon interior trim on my 986 was absolutely awful for cracking due to climate changes and that was UK weather (not extreme conditions) I hope Porsche have got their act together…😬 Fingers crossed for you, I’m learning a lot from your episodes 👍👌
Damn, that roof removal did look like a bear of a job. Based upon the fragility of the GT3 OEM glass, would you consider using a normal 911 rear window, if it is compatible? Also, what an opportunity with the new OEM CF roof panel (and many of the other parts that are off the car) to protect with either PPF or a ceramic product while off of the car and easier to access / handle.
if you change that rubystone colour i'm unsubscribing and reporting it as a crime to the Porsche Police 🥲 this is the best colour for any Porsche and has such a history to it (wasn't it first seen on the 968 and 964?)..
Noooooooo don't change from that gorgeous colour! On another note them expressions when you was cutting that roof panel with the dewalt 😂😂😂

@@Little_Britain74 being a paint to sample colour and optioned the way it has as well by far nicest colour on one!
I wish there were 2 videos a week.. such a build and a proper one that is. 👏
Curious if you will stick with a PTS color offered by Porsche? The premium cost for the Ruby Star on the original build spec…😮
Always looking forward to these uploads, thanks again for another one!

That exasperated stare when doing the back window, the "why won't you just f-ing work" stare, I felt that.
Loving this series!
I am not sure why do you need to take a whole car apart if the major damage in the front ??
I would love to know the difference in weight between steel roof and the carbon.

I'm really enjoying this series. Have you considered converting the car to Touring spec? It's in bits already...
