While it's not made specifically for a chatterbait or even perfect for one, and there are things I'd like to see changed to it or even see something new come to market with those changes, it's the best option on the market that I've found for a very specific use with chatterbaits. As a chatterbait trailer the body being flat allows it to come over wood without rolling and hanging up but still have a good profile and action with the tail being perpendicular to the body. It also helps it hunt. The only downside, which is only sometimes a downside, is that it makes the bait ride a little higher in the water column because of the width and thickness of the bait. When I saw that Yamamoto discontinued it, I bought all I could find. Glad to see it coming back. I hope they make some in white, smoke silver, natural shad, sexy shad and other solid baitfish colors. It would be cool if Yamamoto let me design the perfect trailer for fishing chatterbaits in wood. Edit: It's also a solid sight fishing bait and a great free rig bait with the way it falls once the weight hits the bottom.
I ❤Dogs! Got to give a dog a bone!! That bait looks bass candy. Lizards work because it's salamanders that the bass hate and they will destroy any threat. This bait looks like you will get big bites! Sold out huh? I will have to keep my eye on it! WOW! I would fish that bait!
Just got my order. Plan on taking them out tomorrow and will be pitching them on a free rig. The weightless glide on these are phenomenal.
I would love to see that on an Ozark rig. It looks like it would be a killer salamander/water dog imitation for spring time.
I wanna see the dog in your next release. lol huge animal fan, especially dogs!
Omg🧐 that looks killer. Gotta get me some🎣🎣
Looks awesome!!! I want to Carolina rig or split shot it

I purchased 10 pkgs and plan to fish it weightless Texas rigged plus core tackle hover rigged and ozark rigged. It should glide quite well!
I have used them for years. Excellent bait for flipping pads. Pull it up to the bottom side of the pads and shake it. Big fish bait!
free-rig candy right there
That’s beautiful
So did they come and go? Wonder if you can get some. Thanks James.
Never seen it before today
I discovered it while ordering some grubs the other day and yup, sold out... except the black...wanted that green pumpkin.
I fish it on a swing head. Catches big ones
Looks like a bait to bounce along with a weedless jighead on the bottom. I would try them if I find em.
Might be good for the free rig.
Nope.
