And I would not recommend using this mask too often, especially if you have a combination type or oily skin type. Since such a mask, even if it gives an instant effect, but do not forget that the mask is a mask, the skin does not breathe through it (especially considering the fact that it is selicon). Also, increased humidity contributes to the proliferation of fungi / infections, which can provoke the appearance or exacerbation of various skin problems (inflammation, dermatitis, acne, eczema, itching, etc.). In addition, pores open and clog with "dirt" in a damp environment. You can indulge in this 1-2 times for those with dry skin 2-3 times a week, but I do not recommend more, it is better to apply a good night moisturizer, monitor your water balance and use more gentle means (if there are no skin problems) and do not wash 5 times a day for no reason.
