This is great! I’m getting ready for the poly acrylic step. Wondering if I could use mod podge to seal the stones instead? I prefer it to be a bit less “shiny”

fab idea I use my card egg boxes and even buy them in bulk on ebay but I think the grout would have looked better cleaned off the stones and more weathering, possibly a few leaves and grass tufts at the edges that are outside.

Literally searching everywhere for a simple and realistic diy that doesn’t use real stones. This is great gonna save for my next kit, I’ll try to do cobblestones in an organic shape!

Could the same process be done using old tissue boxes? Even though there's little texture compared to egg cartons, do you think it would still do the trick?
