CLASSIC! THANKS for bring back good memories! I bet the kids these days don't even know what a "vinyl" is, much less the player! This is a beautiful piece. Thanks for your sharing!
Every time I think I'm done making miniatures for whatever project I'm working on, you post a new video and I have to make it. Thank you for the constant inspiration. You are a blessing.
I've never made any miniatures, but I've always loved them. I forget how old I was, but I was in a store with my mother and one of the cakes was decorated with a small plastic record player and records. I begged my mother until she talked to the baker and got me a a set of those decorations.
Please could you show us how to make a miniature display cabinet like the glass and wood kind for curios but made with sheet plastic and popsicle sticks maybe? I had an idea for old cd cases for the glass maybe too. I really want to see this and make one for my miniature curios. Love your videos ^_^
Aislinn Bail I was literally thinking the exact same thing before I even clicked to look at the comments and when I did yours is the first I see and I was like shooketh
OMG I love this one!! I use to listen to sad eyes over and over again when I was young on my suitcase record player. :D I'm going to try this with polymer clay! but I LOVE the way you made the records!
I absolutely love your videos. Goodness so much creativity. I could look at these for hours and still be amazed and delighted with every project that your wonderful mind can come up with. These vids are therapeutic for me & I've started doing some of these tiny works of art. Thank you so very much! Keep them coming. 😁👍
I love how you always make your furniture out of jumbo Popsicle sticks! It's really easy to find, which makes it easy for viewers to make the craft! Even if they can't paint it lol
I love miniatures!! Glad I came across your videos while looking at some, that's just fantastic what you do!!! Thanks! I enjoy looking at the things you make, and may try a couple!
Awesome, the records came outamazing! You will probably already know that there are compass circle cutters for cutting paper and thin materials. I think it will you help you a lot, you will also always know the exact center of the circle! Anyway, I love your work! Keep it up!
Thank you so much!! Hehe I've seen them but haven't invested in on just yet. That would make a life A LOT easier haha. You're so right ^-^ Thank you for the tip!
I really love this but I can’t help but notice the Beatles, David Bowie, and Pink Floyd covers for the records, those are my favorite bands of all time 😁 I’d really love to make this
You are so good at speaking, explaining, creating, and ideas! I could definitely follow directions once I have them but how do you come up with it? I know I wouldn't be able to😂 Great Job!❤️ (as always😊)
Aww wow you're really too nice :) Thank you for your kind words! They mean a lot hehe. I just find things in the real world I really like and just recreate them in mini form. It always takes me a few days to figure out how I best want to tackle an idea, but once I have it...it's easy as cake haha :)
Dear Cath, gracias! From Costa Rica I thank you for your videos. So far I have made the piano, the guitar, the record player, many disks, the living room set... I would like to make a chello, I guess I can be inspired by the violin you made, but I still find it too hard! Thank you again!
This is amazing! I definitely want to make this! I recently found your channel and I love your tutorials. Your crafts are so beautifully intricate and elegant!
I always try to think of something to suggest that I'd like to see, but the things ya'll marvelous miniature makers post just surpass anything I could think of! I'll have to stalk your videos a bit longer too, to make sure you've not already made anything I'd request! I do love how you've made things to complement your previous tutorials that create little scenes, they just look so good; your attention to detail is beautiful! Bless your patience, child, LOL!! 🌹🌹
I don't get giving videos thumbs down. If you don't like the video that's cool but really no reason to tell the world. Most youtubers are providing a service and should be respected for that.
Do you have a "common tools to use" tutorial or something. I notice things like the little hand saw and hand drill. is there some kind of video sort of going through some basic materials and tools that help make lots of projects. I recently started watching your channel and once my college classes are out, I really want to start doing miniature crafts.
I don't just yet but I will make a video :) For now, all my supplies are listed in the info box. The main tools I use if I had to pick 2: craft knife and sandpaper :)
I swear.... this channel is beyond underrated. This vid is amazing as usual. I really wanna make this (much like almost all your projects l,mao) But where do I buy coffee stirrers and wooden slabs? I'm not in North America and online shopping is not an option :(
Aww you're too kind Sam :) You should be able to get them in any craft store and coffee shop. I've gotten coffee stirrers at grocery stores before but I usually get most things online now. Hope that helps!
I don't know where you live, but Starbucks is pretty international now, so many you could nab some coffee stirrers from there? (or ask at other coffee shops!)
Såм Røckү I live In north Africa and online shopping isn't an option here too and I was wondering the same thing but as she said I was able to find them at craft stores I hope you do too :)
This is the cutest this year so far. I love this! I'm going to use this as a Christmas gift. I have a father and law that love old records and collects them. It's perfect just like your miniatures! Keep up the great work!
Amazing, I think I'm gonna that my self. I really love your work, very talented and inspiring. I especially love these extra details you add to your projects. The only problem I have with your videos is the Inches thing, I'll have to adjust my self for these measurements, wish you could ad centimeters to your videos.
Oooh, you know what would be cool? some kind of lip or flap so that you could fit a record into the inside of the lid while it's up. Like how when you open a briefcase opens up, there's papers and pencils and stuff up there.
You are just to creative! I have tried making some of the things that you have made and either I can't measure or my wood pieces are the wrong ones that you describe lol anyway I will persevere and keep trying you are truly an inspiration for me to keep trying my hand at making miniatures!!
Awww I'm sorry to hear it's not going too well. Well I'm here for any advice you need and you can always dm me on instagram if you need one on one advice :D
It's a small world after all! How did I not find this channel sooner? Oh wait...I remember, I'm OLD! Just subbed and about to marathon your videos! Jack - Canada
You are so creative❗❗Youre pueces are beautiful. I was wondering, I am into Fairy and forest houses with rustic nature inspired furnishings and accessories. Do you have any tutorials on these types of things Ive made doll house furniture for years and love it; however, i started running out of room so expanded to outside with magical forest and mythical creatures. Thank you for your awesome tutorials💝💝💝💝
so followed your instructions to a T but after I put in the wire for the record player, the lid won't fully shut! I even cut it smaller and still to no avail lol What am I doing wrong here??

The Square to Spare REALLY!?!?
Please could you show us how to make a miniature display cabinet like the glass and wood kind for curios but made with sheet plastic and popsicle sticks maybe? The Square to Spare is so very perfect and cute 😉😍😙
LSullivan 94171 if I'm not mistaken those are sold as cocktail toothpicks.. I think? Fancy toothpicks?
HateHater you are not mistaken.
Wow!!!!!! It´s unbelievable. I need this retro recird player in my life. God bles you, greetings!!!!!!
Thank you Jorge!!
RIGHT! Now I have to figure out how to calculate your sizing to my 1:24 scale model lol Love your work!
It’s halving the sizes, by the look of it. The 12” record is 1”, so the scale is 1:12. Your 1:24 is half that size.
@@Tashlan Thanks Roger! New to model building, so this helps (and clearly bad at maths lol)
Can I ask a question? How do you come up with these projects with the measurements and everything? You truly have a gift!!
I love how you always make your furniture out of jumbo Popsicle sticks! It's really easy to find, which makes it easy for viewers to make the craft! Even if they can't paint it lol
Thank you!! Hehe I that's exactly why I love them! They're super easy to find and soooo versatile :D
Some excellent stuff here, I am starting the record holder rack today, have already made my first record cover!

Andrea Garcia So the doll version of Hannah Baker can also send out tapes? Barbie doesn't deserve that.
Do you have a "common tools to use" tutorial or something. I notice things like the little hand saw and hand drill. is there some kind of video sort of going through some basic materials and tools that help make lots of projects.

Ohhh great idea!! They should do that with real record players too! It's genius!
You could also use aluminium foil for the clasp pieces, and the hinges too!
You are just to creative! I have tried making some of the things that you have made and either I can't measure or my wood pieces are the wrong ones that you describe lol anyway I will persevere and keep trying you are truly an inspiration for me to keep trying my hand at making miniatures!!
