I've never made any miniatures, but I've always loved them. I forget how old I was, but I was in a store with my mother and one of the cakes was decorated with a small plastic record player and records. I begged my mother until she talked to the baker and got me a a set of those decorations.

If you are struggling read this~ I know I’m young but I would just like to say that, In 7th grade I was in a very dark place. I couldn’t feel much emotion and I had thoughts of revenge and the other things. But God saved me, he gave me the people in my life and he showed himself to me. Please could you show us how to make a miniature display cabinet like the glass and wood kind for curios but made with sheet plastic and popsicle sticks maybe? I had an idea for old cd cases for the glass maybe too. I really want to see this and make one for my miniature curios. Love your videos ^_^

Aww you're too kind Sam :) You should be able to get them in any craft store and coffee shop. I've gotten coffee stirrers at grocery stores before but I usually get most things online now. Hope that helps!

I don't know where you live, but Starbucks is pretty international now, so many you could nab some coffee stirrers from there? (or ask at other coffee shops!)

It’s halving the sizes, by the look of it. The 12” record is 1”, so the scale is 1:12. Your 1:24 is half that size.

Oooh, you know what would be cool? some kind of lip or flap so that you could fit a record into the inside of the lid while it's up. Like how when you open a briefcase opens up, there's papers and pencils and stuff up there.

Aww wow you're really too nice :) Thank you for your kind words! They mean a lot hehe. I just find things in the real world I really like and just recreate them in mini form. It always takes me a few days to figure out how I best want to tackle an idea, but once I have it...it's easy as cake haha :)

Awesome, the records came outamazing! You will probably already know that there are compass circle cutters for cutting paper and thin materials. I think it will you help you a lot, you will also always know the exact center of the circle! Anyway, I love your work! Keep it up!

I tried your one of project.. I snap the wood but it gives rough edges and when I rub that on sand paper then i end of some unequal piceae. what should I do? 😟🙁
