He beat Williams and Satiev in the same year, amazing!
Slay wearing the Schultz Team singlet...
I’ve searched for one of those for a while.
Williams rarely opens up. Phenomenal wrestler but being defensive all the time just doesn’t get it done at the highest level.
And slay went on to beat satiev and then lost to the German in the Olympic finals but the German tested positive for drugs so Brandon gets the gold.
Amazing upset. But not nearly as amazing as beating Buvaisar Satiev
Joe thought the whistle on the other mat was for him and still didn’t give up the feet to back! Bad call
Awesome match!
That 3 point push out was questionable.
I agree. What is the out of bounds for? Later in the match the referee called out of bounds a lot quicker.
@@DanielSanchez0 human error.
Not a push out. Back then you were allowed continuation if it started in bounds. Also, he landed on his elbow, which is specified under feet-to-back for three points. (Former ref)
@@amanrob I guess I wonder how they defined "continuation."
If he exposed his opponent's back, doesn't he expose his as well?
308328928 yes, but it won’t count against him as he is initiating the move.
