People watching this nowadays it's tough to comprehend how tremendous and wildly successful these two men were in wrestling. Living legends! Just take a few minutes and look up these two men and appreciate what they accomplished in their careers. You don't come across such dominant athletes like these every day...

Kolat Brinzer and the rest of the Pennsylvania team came down to the southeastern regionals in Atlanta in Maybe 88 I believe. They were a pleasure to watch to say the least.

Laying on my back with my feet flat i can arch up and roll my head straight back easily touching my chin on the mat, I used it to counter many times with alot of success back then. I'm pretty flexible and think i could've used that flex knee if i knew about it!!! Thats just one reason I'm a fan of Kolats Training videos!!

Like Charlie Brown trying to kick Lucy's football, even wrestlers as great as TJ Jaworsky and Bill Zadick kept falling for Cary Kolat's infamous rubber knee.

I always wanted to see Kolat wrestle one of the Brands brothers.

TJ's coaching for this doesn't seem very good, imo. Kolat beat him at least once before with the trick knee after TJ shot multiple low 1-legs... No adjustments of any kind, and no good turns on top. History merely repeated.
