@@evanmcspadden it's very reminiscent of the score for the original Dune but seems to blend a little Imperial March inspiration in there as well. I'm curious as to the composer as well.
Simply awesome. This would be the best tribute to Dave Prowse, DARTH VADER, the most epic dark lord of all time. He was the most scary villain in my childhood. And yes, the little lightsaber demonstration was awesome. I want that kind of lightsaber for my son. 😂 supper project Ban. Fantastic. 👍🏻
So very striking, this is probably my favorite project of yours and ive been a fan for a while. I was so excited for a "boring" pot cam this time as that meant the saber did in fact stay true, exciting! Great idea on the red tinge on the resin as well, really added to everything. So very cool. Thank you for sharing!!
That was a fantastic job this week.. The light saber came out wonderful.. Great idea to coat it first.. Nice tribute to Dave Prowse may he rest in peace...
I'm not a huge star wars fan. But, I have to say that model display is simply amazing. Watching you do the kind of impressive work you do with the resin you do makes me want to give it a shot sometime and try to make it look the way you do. Thank you for your videos. I always smash the like when I watch one! Thanks Ben.
I remember the day I first saw Darth Vader as a child when Star Wars a new hope debuted. It became a life long love affair of all things Star Wars, especially for Lord Vader! Thank you for the Sith worthy tribute!!!
OK, showing my age now... When I was in primary school (like 4, 5 years old) back when the original movies were being released, I remember being told that Darth Vader was really the Green Cross Code man mutated. Of course, then as I got a bit older and people were all "No no, James Earl Jones" and it wasn't until MUCH later, when the internet first became a more widespread thing in the early 90s, that I learned we were right all along, and that it really WAS the Green Cross Code man inside that suit. What a piece of my childhood., now gone. Wonderful tribute... and David Prowse will live on as long as people remember him. I don't think he will be forgetten any time soon.
@@BensWorx It's definitely more well-known now, but no doubt there are still a lot of more casual fans of Star Wars that don't know that... and of course, I'm pretty sure it's only the Brits that really saw the Green Cross Code stuff as well. I probably can't link it without ending up in comment purgatory, but there's a short 10 minute or so long mini-documentary on RUclips called "The Force's Mouth" from a few years ago. It was initially meant to be a "how-to" on overdubbing and the maker was a friend of David Prowse so asked for his help, but in the end, he added the same kind of post-processing that was done to James Earl Jones' voice for the movies to show how David's voice would have sounded. There was literally nothing wrong with it. Shame there was so much hyperbole about how it was ridiculous to imagine he could have done it for the movies. Sure, letting a full-on accent wouldn't have given the same kind of effect, but it's like nobody has ever heard of dialect coaching. What bothers me personally is the number of negative stereotypes associated with not just accents from the west country, but so many other things that are so often based on perceived intelligence, disability, gender, sexuality, skin colour, ethnicity, income, education, religious affiliation, etc - and all of which are all kinds of wrong. And the jibes about "Darth Farmer" and the endless ridicule he faced was part of this. It's really not okay. Anyway, sorry for the longwinded rant, but I just find it so ridiculous.
Thank you for sharing another excellent tutorial journey Ben! And in return, this popped up in the side bar and I thought i fitting for you to enjoy some Star Wars entertainment. And Thank you for replying on the facebook post as well. Play safe. S.

Another great piece. What was the music around 10:54 and beyond? Almost enthralling.

i realize it is quite off topic but do anyone know of a good place to watch newly released series online?
@Aarav Wallace I use flixzone. You can find it on google :)
@Jon Jett Yea, I've been watching on FlixZone for since april myself :)
Oh. They've encased him in Resin. He should be quite well protected. If he survived the pressurizing process, that is.
I see what you did there, and love the Solo reference!!!
😂😂😂
🤣
The “Force” is. strong with in you! You are a full resin Jedi.
Thanks Mate 😊
A better tribute to this man's legacy than anything Disney has done, that's for damn sure.
Weaponizing a man's death to demonize is ethical...
I have been Chewieing on this one, but I got to Han it to you, this one Lukes great!

People from my generation will remember Dave Prowse as the Green Cross Code Man.
👍
If I remember correct, he was Mr Universe "The Muscle Man" early 60s 😂
He will always be the green x code guy to me.
And as the bodybuilder in a Clockwork Orange. Lifted Malcolm MdDowell as a 30 pound bag of potatoes.
Stop, Look and Listen!
