But this wouldn’t work in survival. Plus, if you were planning to do it on Creative bedrock edition, you wouldn’t be able to unless you get a mod that adds invisible item frames

If you really don't want the person in the haunted house to open doors on their own, just use Iron doors. They don't have access to the lever so they won't be able to open them.
