But this video, I love that you shared not only your “famous” salmon recipe with us (which I’m going to try this weekend btw), but what a wonderfully cool person you are. You got me twice though- once with the cinnamon and the other time when you set your drink on the piano bench! I just picked up some Atlantic salmon, so I may have to try this out. Oh my, that looks absolutely delicious. I do a salmon recipe similar to that, but use Maple syrup instead of honey. I live in New Brunswick, Canada and we have lots of Maple trees around here. Loved the cabin and all the history and really loved the rendition on the piano. Thanks for taking the time to share the recipe and thanks for all your great videos!

Looks awesome Jack! I love cranking the oven up to MAX temp and cooking it hard and fast. You’ll get great caramelization and probably cook it around 8min.
Thanks! Usually when I grill salmon -hot- it cooks a side of salmon in about 8 mins at 550! Hard and fast!
