It doesn't get much easier than that! Only two pans to clean up. Simple great tastes that complement each other. Here in the States, sometimes difficult to find broccolini, but more and more stores are carrying it. Broccoli Raab is a different story . . . Will probably add some fresh shrimp. Finally, nice to see someone use the stems like I do:) I even use the regular broccoli stems, but I peel them and then cut them up. Looks delicious.

@@spacewizard69 Yes, I guess the word is out about that and now I get broccoli cut so close to the crown now in the grocery stores. I used to get it with like 3 to 4" stalks and loved that:) They put them in the frozen broccoli now with hardly any crowns:(

@@spacewizard69 Thank you for the tip. I am very close to Amish farms and get beautiful big heads/stems of broccoli in the fall. I have learned how to blanch and freeze this so next year I will be able to have during the winter next year:)

Appreciate it so much that you make all recipes easy to follow and I love brocolini and garlic. Your combination of spices is outstanding. btw when you use butter, are they always unsalted?

I tend to always use salted butter, unless for desserts. Most French butters are salted. I season a little less, taste as you go it doesn't make much difference which one you use.
