It’s so upsetting that people would throw garbage in the 9/11 memorial and carve things into it is just heartbreaking. It’s crazy because I have been to the memorial and it is truly amazing and a very sobering experience. It was a rush of emotion like somber and emotional but it was also beautiful and breathtaking. I honestly didn’t even think about the upkeep it would take every night and how difficult a job it would be. I truly thank these hardworking people who keep the memorial so pristine and beautiful. You go to Katz’s for the salami but my only complaint is the sandwiches are 99% salami and 1% bread. It took a while before we were able to get out but watching what was going on around you was absolutely fantastic. It’s a gem of a place if you want a delicious meat sandwich. It’s almost like “can I get a little bread with my meat sandwich?”

This is the way I remember bagels being made in Brooklyn, NY and South Beach in Miami.
A few years ago I had two customers who started bagel factories in Charlotte. One man made his bagels this way with the kettle-ing.
The other was run by a family with a chemical engineer father. The bagels were put into steam cabinets instead of being boiled. Both bagels were good but they were bigger so they could be made into sandwiches. The Brooklyn and Miami bagels were crispier and had a less dough-y texture. The Miami bakery had a sign that said that if you needed a tooth pulled you could just eat one of their bagels and the tooth would come out with no need to go to the dentist.
I put more stock in the Brooklyn and Miami bakeries for authenticity because everyone there had a tattoo from a concentration camp.
I'm not crazy about the modern bagels I guess because I remember what an old fashion bagel was like.
The steamer type bagel company had a contract to make bagels for Sara Lee. In my opinion that was their undoing. They went out of business shortly after they started mass producing bagels. The bagels were all rolled by machine. Prior they'd had a small restaurant and retail counter for bagels and various types of cream cheese flavors and lox. (smoked salmon)
The Brooklyn bagel bakery also made soft pretzels. In the 1950s and early 1960s I would buy 25 bagels for 2 cents each and cell them for 5 cents. The only plant you needed was a peach basket and two towels to keep the heat in. If you had a rolling shopping cart you didn't have to carry the basket all day. I sold them nearly every day during the warm months but only on Saturday during the cold ones. What didn't sell I took home and we ate them as bread with dinner.

Don't listen to him, don't give up. Mining takes time(months, even years) to master, even the pros learn everday. Never the less, if you lose money no matter which side you take, maybe you need to look at how you are managing active trades rather than how you are entering them. My advice, find a mentor . And also, try incorporating the use of oscillators, Bollinger and pivot points into your strategy. And most importantly move to higher TFs(4h or 1D preferably), you'll thank me later.

You're absolutely right. While I don't incur losses with every trade, my primary challenge lies in allowing my winning trades to fully develop. I often find that I miss out on significant movements in the market. Instead of capitalizing on these opportunities, my trades tend to reverse after initially moving in my favor. Additionally, I acknowledge that my entry points could be significantly refined. Finding a mentor to guide me through these challenges would be immensely beneficial, although I recognize that locating a reputable mentor is easier said than done. If you happen to know any legitimate mentors, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you could provide.

I've been working with a financial advisor since I started investing. In today's market, the challenge lies in timing purchases and sales of trending stocks, which seems straightforward but can be tricky. My portfolio has grown significantly, making about $1500 bi-weekly. Essentially, what I'm saying is that the 5% of consistently profitable traders often fly under the radar; they're typically low-key individuals. I rely on my account manager to handle entry and exit orders for me.

Jesus loves you ❤️. He is waiting for you with open arms and he longs to be with you. Please repent and turn to him before it is too late. The last days written about in the Bible are already happening in the world. God sent his son Jesus to die for our sins on the cross. This was the ultimate expression of God's love for us. Then God raised Jesus from the dead on the third day. In Jesus you will find perfect rest and peace. Peace that the world cannot offer. Peace that none of our earthly and sinful desires can bring us. The peace Jesus offers is what your heart longs for. His love for you is greater than any pain. He thought of you as he hung on that cross. He gave up everything for you just for the chance that you might love him back. I used to hate God, and I was completely against him but I realised that I was on a dangerous path maybe even close to approaching a point of no return. I needed him and I deeply longed to finally come to a place of peace and rest which I only found in him and his perfect love. Please turn to Jesus. He is waiting for you with open arms. His heart longs to be with you.

@@SikanderGYeah that whole "Customs" part is so irritating. The hypocrisy is killing me and it's just a way to get more money.
They're "worried" about invasive bugs and plants coming through when you get shit shipped from other countries with bugs to our grocery stores constantly for our convenience, but that's ok because they get money. You can go to Lowe's and Home Depot to buy invasive plants that kill our local natural plants because you find them "pretty", but apparently that's ok too because it's a big business doing it.
When you go to Chinatown or other places around NY you can buy off-brand/counterfeit things all the time, but they seize it when it comes through customs? I agree, I think it should be fine to buy those. It's all about money to these BS companies. Not to mention I bought an exact souvenir from Chinatown for $5 compared to the gift shop for $25. It. Was. The. Same. Item. No better, no worse. Both made in China, in the same box etc.
And the whole "it's all taken to a TOP SECRET location" also irritates the hell out of me. That just screams that it's being resold/taken for themselves to line their pocket. 😂

Jesus is the son of God and he died for our sins on the cross and God raised him from the dead on the third day. Jesus is waiting for you with open arms but time is running out. Please repent and turn to him before it is too late. Confess that you are a sinner in need of God's Grace and ask God to forgive you for all your sins through Jesus.
Jesus loves you. Nothing can compare to how he loves you. When he hung on that cross, he thought of you. As they tore open his back, he thought of your prayer time with him. As the thorns dug into his head, he thought of you spending time in the word of God. As the spears went into his side, he imagined embracing you in heaven.

i think it boils down to the labor costs. they can pay people way less in other countries, and with the shipping etc to the states or wherever its still cheaper than if they were grown in the us or elsewhere. (they have to keep their profit margins the same, so if it costs more labor then the food will simply cost more because they pass those increases directly to the consumer)
