A few things:
You can stay at the location until 2 am. After 11 pm you can still complete the loads. You get paid until 2 am. The only thing that stops earning money after 11 pm are the hoppers. If you press 'Esc' you can get into the management where you can increase difficutly and the prices for the machines. If you tinker a bit you can make more money.because your customers might pay more for a different difficulty setting. Fortunately you see directly in that menu how much money you'll make per hour for every change you make.

So in my local laundry mats, in America there are some mats that you doing everything yourself but also 30 minutes down the road there is a mat that will wash your stuff for you .

Hey guys im from America and most of us definitely do this ourselves at the laundromat. Some may have services where they do it for you but generally if they look like the laundromat in the game then everyone does their own laundry.

In American laundry matts they do in fact typically do it themselves. However, some of the nicer ones offer to do it for you as a service for an extra fee. Most are open 24/7, but the service is only offered between certain times.

In America we do load our own laundry. At least I’ve never been to a mat that does it for you. I have seen a service included where they fold the clothes for you though.
