I remember dragonball unreal from maybe 15 years ago. I always wanted to play it. It's why I was so stoked to get dragonball kakarot because it was the closest thing to it.

the open world is definely an improvement but may i suggest that people need to replicate the fighting space solely based on the distance provided on the screen for the dragon ball franchise
Its not new. That guy has been working on that for years now. Hes doing a better job than most AAA companies like Rockstar, Bandai, Bethesda... Emuds game is simply amazing.

What can you expect from a fan game with a single developer? Not everyone can be Toby Fox. Personally, I like these games because the least they can do is give a few takeaways for developers with the talent and resources to make games like this on a much grander scale.

i found this by remembering a old dbz game that was on windows xp. it was something similar to epsn or something like that. it was open world, same thing as this but way simple. they even had beam clashes and power level, the higher the ssj, the more power level you have and more op you're.

Honestly, Fan-Made games are way better than actual games by the official company "Bandai Namco" I don't understand why they just can't buy a fan-made game and let the DEVS actually get paid, and release it on all platforms.

@@kami1 exactly, its been 3 years since dbu and still no gameplay nothing new exept now budokai 3 models that look worse... esf also dead for years.
Ngl esf always seems to pop up again out of nowhere lol they uploaded a few videos actually last month so they're still working like this game.
Interesting enough, esf is a huge and I mean MASSIVE mod of half life 2, unlike ue4 that is made for devs so that may explain the dev time, (although the progress on releases rubs me for esf) also another thing that's odd with is the amount of updates and lack of releases over several years.
I think these guys would form a good team though
@@xdjrunner first it is a mod for hl 1 second why would they partner lol last time i checked they needed 3d artists and emud cannot do anything of the sort he only used blueprints to make his "tech demo" and re used assets, he would in no way be helpfull to the esf team.

Esf bandit mod for the FREE Sven Co-op game on steam is the way to go if you want a true dragonball fighting experience. REAL transformations up to UI for Goku. Way more characters to play.
