    your stride goes really wide after the initial crossovers and short choppy start strides at 1:43
    is that just your style of skating? Or do you teach that?

      Good catch! Yeah I’ve always had a slightly wider base. The Blake Lizotte comparison makes sense, we’re around the same height (Blake is listed at 5’9 I think, I’m 5’8). Things like the length of your torso, leg bones, etc can all affect your stride…having a wider base must be an under 6 foot thing haha
