Asylum to Rwanda
Thanks...can l apply for asylum from being a visa holder?
Sorry, can you pls rephrase this question.
What documents required for asylum
All documents you have available plus most important is anything that proves your persecution in your home country: This could include witness statements, police reports, medical records, or media articles documenting human rights abuses you've faced.
Evidence that authorities in your home country couldn't protect you: This might involve documentation of failed attempts to seek protection from local authorities.
If i demand asylum on airport and i have no document like passport and other document then what they do??? Please reply
Question is how can you travel via airport without documents ?
After telling that i am seeking for asylum what the first they take??? Can they arrest me or deport me on the spot
As per guidance
the authorities will typically:
Take your details: They will record your personal information and reasons for seeking asylum.
Refer you to immigration authorities: Your case will be transferred to the Home Office (UK's immigration department).
Offer accommodation: You may be placed in temporary housing while your claim is processed.
Arrest is unlikely: You won't be arrested simply for expressing a need for asylum. However, if you have committed a crime, you could face arrest regardless of your asylum claim.
Deportation is unlikely at first: You have a right to a fair hearing regarding your asylum claim. Deportation is usually only considered after a full assessment of your case.
Sir I'm from Afghanistan i can apply for asylum in uk?
Hello sir i want to ask one of my friends came uk about 2 year before as a international student and for some reason not able to continue the studies and university withdraw them with in a month and after that its been 2 year they didn't file any kind of cases they got genuine issues with their homeland and they able to prove as well but they didn't file any case past 2 years so they still able to file a asylum case?? Is there any problem for them bcz past two year they didnt file anything just fear of deportation and just surviving and you know life's very hard for them without any kind of status no job no accomodations so sir please guide can they still able to do asylum??
The law don't stop them for claiming the asylum, but getting it that all depend on the evidence. Since, last two years they have not claimed asylum so that is a strong question, best is they should approach any immigration lawyer to help them in this matter. If you see my video ruclips.net/video/0dRBWQgay0I/видео.html, you will get the idea what evidence we discussing.
@@UKknowledgeGuru first of all thank you so much for your reply and I completely watch this video it's really helpful but still I have some quries if you guide it will be very helpful If they did a asylum in this circumstance so they allow to work in UK bcz they didn't want any kind of benefit and just want to allow them for work so they can find a legit job and pay the taxes too unlike work for cash and hand etc and the main question is that this two year time period does any effect on their cases ??? Please reply
Answer please?
Asylum seekers in the UK are generally not allowed to work like I said earlier until they have been granted refugee status or have been given leave to remain. This is a rule that applies to all asylum seekers, regardless of their circumstances. Your case worker can guide you too about it once assigned.
However, there are some exceptions to this rule. For example, asylum seekers who have been waiting for a decision on their asylum claim for more than six months may be able to apply for permission to work. Additionally, asylum seekers who have a child who is a British citizen or who has been granted leave to remain in the UK may also be able to apply for permission to work.
If you are an asylum seeker who is not eligible to work under one of these exceptions, you will need to wait until you have been granted refugee status or leave to remain before you can apply for a work permit.
Hello sir , I'm dinesh refugee in uk . I came 2years before but i didn't have any documents. I'm completed screening already.so i want documents. what can i do sir, please help..
It sounds like you've completed the screening process for asylum in the UK, but haven't yet received any official documentation.
Dinesh you can do two thing, Here's what you can do:
1. Contact the Home Office:
The Home Office is responsible for immigration and asylum matters in the UK. You can call their helpline at +44 (0) 300 123 1111 or use their web form to make an enquiry www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk.
2. Seek Advice from a Refugee Council:
The Refugee Council offers free advice and support to refugees in the UK. You can find your nearest Refugee Council office www.refugeecouncil.org.uk/ or call their helpline at 0808 196 1543.
Let me know how it go
@@UKknowledgeGuru thank you sir
How much time take family reuniom visa after granted refuge status
The processing times for family reunion visas after being granted refugee status in the UK have unfortunately increased.
While the official government guidance states it can take up to six months, reports suggest it can take much longer, often exceeding 12 months www.gov.uk/settlement-refugee-or-humanitarian-protection/family-reunion.
@@UKknowledgeGuru my biomatric center gives me just 4 weeks
While the Biometric Centre might provide a timeframe, it's best to contact UKVI directly to get a more accurate estimate on your application's processing time.
You can use their paid enquiry line (www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk) to inquire about your specific case.
@@UKknowledgeGuru paid enqiury tell me how long it take
Yes, they will be able to tell you the current status. No one will quote you the exact time as it can be any time when case worker will do decision on your application.
If i dont win the case.. Then what will ii do? Plz answer.
Which case are we talking about ? Do you mean if you arrive UK and try to claim asylum and if they refuse it ? Then you will go back to your country as per rules...
@@UKknowledgeGuru Can i claim their decision? And how much time they take for decision?
