Wow you just called me a genius, sorta. Thanks. Tim asked for some lyrics and other than the first two lines this was my response. Thank you for the encouragement. Love.
Tim didn't have cancer himself, his biological father died of brain cancer not too long before Tim decided to record this song. his dad was only 59 and his death inspired Tim to change his lifestyle to a healthy one-has written a health book.
All of us old hippies have been preaching this message all of our lives. I’m at peace with myself in my old age because I’ve always tried to live in this way. What a beautiful world it would be indeed! ☮️🌼♥️🙏🏼🇺🇸
This is one of those songs that unexpectedly, And suddenly, made me just burst into tears. Specifically the line about getting where you're going, and remembering to turn back around and help the next one in line.
It is a great song!! One which is now definitely one of my favourites! Thank you as well for the recommendation, I will make sure it’s on the list to check out soon! 👍🏻
Alway had a soft spot for his songs, another artist to follow is Alan Jackson, "Remember When". Good instruction for any long term relationship. Brad Paisley has a good message with "He didn't have to be".
@Tim McGraw Inbox The first one I recall was "Ain't that the way it always ends". I played it for my oldest who got blindsided by his first wife. It must have been late 90s or early 2000s.
A must from tim you will love is actually a duet with his wife Faith Hill ft. Tim McGraw " How to speak to a girl". Love this Hometown Boy to pieces! A huge, fantastic catalog, amazing career and a good man with a kind generous heart.
“I love you ain’t no pick up line.” Uhh, yeah that’s the truth. I’ve learned recently that to actually love someone is to care about another person more than you care about yourself. Real love is a selfless act
Loved your reaction. One of my favorite songs since it was released. Beautiful song with a powerful message and such a stunning video. Never fails to bring me to tears. We can always hope for a world like this.
It was how I grew up in the 70s, everyone was polite and cared so much about other people. People left keys in their cars and no one ever thought of touching or stealing them. Doors were left unlocked in your home, no one ever messed with anything, Good values and morals kept people from being so mean. Back when people actually had a conscience.
Hello friend, how are you doing today hope you're fine and Good? Thank you for your prayer's and support to me throughout my movie career God bless and keep you Amen. So tell me where are you from?
this is a great song. I liked your reaction, and agree that we all need to be more humble and kind! You might like another song by Tim McGraw and his wife, Faith Hill called Speak to a Girl. It also gives a great message. thanks for a great reaction!!
Thank you Karen, that means a lot and thank you for the Faith Hill recommendation, it’s always good to add someone new to the list and I look forward to checking it out soon! 👍🏻
Actually, Lori McKenna Wrote this song. She wrote a verse for each of her children. Lori also wrote songs for Faith Hill - including Fire Flies, which I think was the name of one of her albums
I really love your take on the videos! I especially like the songs that have a story behind them! I am in my 60's and I have seen and experienced so many changes over the years. I think you are a such a kind and caring person. I value your opinions and insight, and I think you are a breath of fresh air! I look forward to your reaction videos. Thank you for sharing them! If you ever want to listen to a song that is part of U.S. history, listen to the song Abraham, Martin & John. The artist is Dion. I think you may enjoy it!!!
Country is popular in the USA because its emotional connection and realitivity to our lives! Country music will bring out the best in your life. I'm a huge fan of all genres that bring humanity back to our struggling word! We need more positivity and less hate!!! Much love from Virginia USA 🇺🇸
I am really enjoying your channel. Tim mcraw has many amazing songs. But one of my all time favorite songs, no matter the genre, is "Don't take the girl." It might be something you enjoy.
The thing is, I think Tim and his wife, Faith Hill, who are country music royalty, really live like this. It makes it that much more impactful. I love this song, Tim and your reaction. ❤ I think you'd like, "Live Like You Were Dying," which came out literally months before I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. It was so popular on the radio, but took on an even more powerful meaning during that time for me. "Don't Take The Girl," "If You're Reading This," a beautiful duet (watch the video) with his wife called, "It's Your Love." An upbeat, fun one is, "I Like It, I Love It." You'll like Tim's music. :)
Thank you for your comment Melly! Most importantly I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis and I hope that things are looking up for you?? 🙏🏻 Thank you as well for your recommendations, I’m sure I will love watching every one of them! 👍🏻
@@taylorfamilyreactions I am well, thank you! I received 18 months of treatment and have been cancer free for 16 years! Thank you for asking. :) I'm enjoying your reactions greatly!

Tim is one of my favorite country artists. He always has a wonderful message. I've Got Friends Who Do, Live Like You Were Dying and Don't Take the Girl are a must listen! 😁
We were raised to be everything this song is about. If people would start raising their children the way we were raised back in the day, it would help a lot.
Tim has been married to female Country artist, Faith Hill since 1996. They’ve recorded many, beautiful songs together. You would appreciate - How To Talk To A Girl.
This song has such a powerful message. Thanks for doing this one. My other favorite songs from the great Tim McGraw are When She Wakes Up, One of These Days, Just To See You Smile, Don't Take the Girl, Can’t Be Really Gone, I Do But I Don’t, Angry All the Time, Grown Men Don’t Cry, Back When, My Little Girl, Everywhere, You Had To Be There, and If You’re Reading This.
The good thing is Tim Mcgraw is exactly this song always so humble and kind he came from nothing and worked so hard to get where he is hes an incredible human. Listen to I need you with his wife Faith Hill
I'm new here but I had a Amish good friend Daniel who loved this song he would sing it all the time he sang so good. HE was killed on his scooter by a drunk driver he was only 20. RIP Daniel till we see each other again!!!!!
I was raised that way. But I admit there's times I allowed myself to forget. I put it in to practice, except for the rare times I lose my temper. Then I apologize if I can. It's not really that hard. It doesn't cost you anything. You feel better about yourself. And if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything. Let's all try, please. Thank you
Great reaction to a magnificant message! If people took the time they would find that the majority of American rural folk are extremely accepting, open and kind. Just don't cross us ;)
Nellie Johnson I just wanted to say you can't be more right I have been listening to Tim McGraw for 30 years + and most every song tugs your heart strings the main one for me is don't take the girl

Check out “Live Like You Were Dieing” Tim is the son of American Baseball Legend Tug McGraw. They were astranged for years but came back together shortly before Tug died. This is a tribute song
@Tim McGraw Inbox No, I’m sorry. I’m on a limited income that prevents me from doing anything extra. That’s why I RUclips. It’s free. But that doesn’t change the fact that I’m really enjoying sharing your journey into American country music. If you can find it, check out Trace Adkins “Songs About Me”. It’s about the discovery
Something you said reminded me… you need to listen to “Everything is Beautiful” by Ray Stevens. Mr. Stevens is known for his novelty songs but this ballad from him has the same feel as “Humble and Kind.”
Just discovered your channel tonight. Loving the country music. My suggestions would be Reba McIntire "Fancy", Lee Brice "I Drive Your Truck", Dolly Parton "Coat of Many Colors", and Bobbie Gentry "Ode to Billy Joe"

Hello friend, how are you doing today hope you're fine and Good? Thank you for your prayer's and support to me throughout my movie career God bless and keep you Amen. So tell me where are you from?
My family doesn’t like country music, however, every now and then a song comes up and it gets added to our play lists. This was one my youngest found and she added it. My husband found this one ’Weary Kind’ sung by Jeff Bridges in the movie Crazy Heart, this is just a track, no video, just Jeff Bridges singing it. ruclips.net/video/EAfiAjHefr4/видео.html There are a few versions of him singing it at concerts, but they’re mainly recorded from phones, so not great quality. Enjoy!
My grandpa has been gone for over 30 years and I still miss our conversations.
Tim McGraw is amazing! Give “Live Like You We’re Dying” a listen. It’s another example of his lyrical genius work!
"Live Like You Were Dying," came out shortly before I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Talk about an impact! Highly agree with this suggestion! ❤
