Country music is all about being grounded. Believing in and practicing the Christian values. Opening up and sharing our human flaws. Knowing that none of us are perfect, but that together we can overcome whatever is in our lives together. Sure some country songs are about cheating, and breaking up, and drinking too. However to me the songs that have made the biggest impact are the ones that are like what I described above. Our lives are full of turbulence, and we all have made bad decisions, but if we all come together we can get through it. That is why I love country music.

I know this is an older video but I just found your channel and I'm watching all your Country videos. I think I'm a little older than you (38) but I grew up on Country and once I hit middle school it wasn't cool anymore. So from probably 7th grade until I was 21 it was Hip Hop and R&B. Don't get me wrong Three 6 Mafia, Usher, Eminem and others like that there will never be anyone else like them because that music isn't the same. So for the last 17 years it's been back to Country.
