- Wednesday, January 29th, marks what would have been Wynter’s 40th birthday here on earth. And because she is still worth celebrating, we are going to celebrate her life even as she turns 40 in heaven!
Thinking about her 40th means so much to me. Forty years represents a generation and no verse speaks to the value she created in my life, in her family's life, in her generation and for the next generation to come than this one:
Now when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep. Acts 13:36
Wynter didn’t die. She is more alive now than she has ever been. She is rejoicing with the Father.
As hard as it is for us to believe and accept, just like King David, Wynter served her God-ordained purpose for being and then she simply fell asleep in this world to enter the next.
We will celebrate Wynter’s 40th and the impact her life has had as her girls call her blessed and as her own works, through For Girls Like You Ministries, praise her.
