Aww I’m so sorry! I thought this was a standard thing, like Rouje does… I just found out that they recently had a pop-up store here in Vienna, maybe they had leftover bags and they needed to get rid of them.
Dont use fabricsoftener on wool it harms the fibers the garment can lose shape or even get holes faster. I found out that you should use wool soup 😊 i hope this is helpful and i wash in mashine wool program
Oh thank you! Never had this issue with my vintage sweaters, but I don’t use a lot of softener, maybe that’s why… I will definitely look into the wool detergent, considering the amount of sweaters i have 😅
Please: do not wash the Gaspar in the washing machine, do not do it. He is mohair and will bunch up the knit. I also tell you: since it is very natural, it is not necessary or advisable to wash it a lot. What you do is air it for a day and fold it, and it is important to let it rest for 2-3 days between wearing it so that the wool naturally does its thing and returns to its shape. Oh, and no need to have it, you have to dry it flat or it will be deformed and no need to use fabric softener, if you use a specific soap you will have the effect and you won't damage the fibers.
I got another comment recommending the wool soap, i’ll definitely have to look into it, thanm you! I never had problems washing my sweaters in the washing machine, the wool program is really gentle so I might keep risking that… Will try to give an update in a couple of months!
I feel really dumb now, when I googled it also said it was a french word for Vienna… thanks for letting me know, the city actually looks really cool, might need to visit sometime 😄
@@tatianaonthego please dont feel dumb, iI googled it because i got curious, and i understand it like it was a French city with that name. Did i misunderstand ?
No no, there is a french city with that name too, but it also seems to be a french word for Vienna. Still wondering if they if maybe they have more versions of the bags for different cities 😊
It's the french word for Vienna, and they do have different tote bags for different cities in the world, at least I have seen some with major US cities
I ordered mine and arrived yesterday but the package do not have the free tote bag. 😢 I’m from Australia.
