I'm not 100% sure, more 95%. I think thats Alexis Rogers, the girl who was driving in a road rage incident where her boyfriend who was the passenger, shot and killed somebody in the other car.
The chains and tats seem to be for dramatic effect her. From what I've seen googling her case, she didnt have tattoes, or at least not that wild. And they didnt chain her up like that either.
She was initially charged with 1st degree murder. But her and her boyfriend both plea dealed. She was gonna get 3 years while the boyfriend got, I think, 15. The father asked the judge to give her the full sentence instead which the judge did. It didnt say but I assume that means she got 15 years as well. But it certainly doesnt sound like she was facing a death sentence, much less the outdated method of electric chair, as the video implies(I assume again for dramatic effect).
Now Alexis in other pictures looks latina and her hair is black, not brownish blonde. But the face features and hair style(ponytail on either side, each just past shoulder length, over front, not back) seems identical.
I could be wrong, but if so these two young women have remarkably similar features.

There are a lot of those pixie like people on these type of videos. They are photo shopped images that nowadays is way to easy to do. But at my youthful age of 60 + I’m learning how easy it is to do. Since I’m 6 months into an interior design and decorating course, which shows you how to manipulate any image.

@@beverleyjones4179 anyways, I've stopped watching thse type of videos now. The thought of hearing about women getting the death penalty and the(even if fake) images of little girls(regardless what they did) being chained up and shit is just too disturbing to me. I'm an old fashioned guy and I think women should be treated gently, and this kind of making a ridiculous joke out of women....even little girls sometimes, going through all this and even facing execution, and seemingly people thinking that its fine to image them getting executed in some gruesome way(or all really, but you know what I mean) just disgusts me too much.

My stepson was murdered in what I was told a drug deal that went wrong, I find that hard to believe because he was only 15 years old at the time of his death, he was shot at point blank range in the back of the head and he shooter was only 14, because of the age, that is why I don't believe that it was a drug deal gone bad, the boy that killed him never said anything about why he killed him, he never showed any emotion at all, he said almost nothing period, his lawyer did all the talking, he was found guilty of murder and sent to prison for 25 to life, it's been a little over 17 years ago and he is already out of prison and on the streets again. I just hope that no one else loses their life because of a system that will turn a cold blooded killer loose and put them back on the streets

Well when they banned guns here in Australia, it took the murder rate down by 95 %. So yes I blame gun. The right to bear guns was included in the American constitution when a gun could only shot one bullet at a time and had to be reloaded. Hence making it an out dated law.

You are wrong about the Dant Wright case. The judge did not come down hard on him at all. There was a plea agreement and after Dant's behaviour the judge said:
"Watching you sit there, smile, laugh, shake your head like this was no big deal- I’m very tempted to just say, 'I’m not going to accept this sentencing agreement and we’ll go to trial' and if you’re convicted of felony murder, you’ll go to prison for the rest of your life. That means you’ll die there. That’s what I’m tempted to do,”

'ride with horsethieves, hang with horsethieves'. That said, I am not sure if that warrants a life sentence without parole, but I also have no problems with it. Nobody forced her to lure the victim to an abandoned home with the intent to rob him by two guys she knew were armed. Things like that can go south pretty easy...as it did. They didn't think that the American people would end up with fully automatic handguns. and automatic rifles as well as sniper rifles with laser sites. Land mines rocket launchers and tanks. because the people of America have more weapons than some country's military. But the second amendment was for the people to be able to defend themselves against a tyrannical government not to use it against each other. but just like American lawyers, they have abused common sense to use them on each other. america is the most dangerous country to visit. going to a war zone is safer than going to America. te most dangerous thing in America. is it's people, not their armies or military. it's the people of that fucking dumb country. I am curious about the difference in sentences is this due to different laws in each state what kind of sentence can be applied to a minor? Is it the viciousness of the different murder cases. An example in my state is Nico Jenkins. He was let out on parole even though he was a behavioral probleme in prison. He then proceeded to kill again. One of the people in this video was sentenced to death. No indication if that sentence was carried out. How many people with death sentences actually have the sentence carried out? It seem that very few are actually executed. I know it is a big financial burden on the state to keep these criminals in prison for life but I have no doubt that they should never be let out into society.

I am so freaking sick of people blaming the gun for the crimes and not really hold ALL the blame against the POS for doing the crime.

This was a good video....UNTIL you had to stick that crap in about the guns. It is NOT the guns, it's the people using the gun. I had given this video a thumbs up, until that!

The video is interesting. I'm glad the guilty were punished appropriately for their crimes. I'm bothered, though by the repeated calls for gun control to fight the "gun violence." Laws only effect the law-abiding. Criminals are rarely effected by ANY laws. If a criminal is going to break the law against murder, are thy going to care about breaking another law against using a firearm to commit the murder? Here is my #1 reason for opposing worthless gun control laws: In 2012 Obama ordered the CDC to research "gun violence" as a public health issue. You probably haven't heard about this because their research found that law-abiding gun owners STOP 500,000 to 3 million violent crimes EVERY YEAR! If gun control laws and politically motivated taxes, etc. make it more difficult and more expensive to keep and bear arms some or all of those violent crimes will not be stopped. There will be MORE violent crime, not less. If you support gun control, you support increased violent crime.

A lot of people have difficult circumstances yet do not commit crimes. A lot of people own guns yet do not kill people. Difficult circumstances don't kill people. Guns don't kill people. Evil people kill people.

Aggression is stupidity. When you feel hurt, look for the lessen. The weak seek revenge, the strong forgive and the intelligent ignore.
